Maintenance service agreement for workshop cranes
- in order to ensure the safe and proper operation of our company's single and double cranes, the parties have agreed on the following maintenance agreements for cranes, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the general directorate of national security for the management of special equipment and the design of cranes, the safety protocol for cranes, the safety regulations for special equipment, the standard regulations for the inspection of cranes, the standard requirements for cranes, such as general door cranes and general bridge cranes。
I. 2. The protection project and its component b will provide daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual protection of cranes covered by the protection, in accordance with the protection requirements of a, as follows:

2. Weekly maintenance (once a week) 1) checks the screws on the brakes, the opening price, whether the locator board is complete, loose, whether the levers and springs have cracks, whether the nail bolts on the brake wheels are loose and full, and whether the brakes are reliable; when the brakes are opened, the brakes shall be open to less than 1. 0 mm and shall be equal to the distance between the brakes, and the axes shall not be cut to death. 2) check the accuracy of the location of the security protection switches and limit switches, their flexibility and reliability, in particular the reliability of the ceilings. 3) checks the normal entanglement of steel cords on rollers and slides, the absence of detours, troughs, knots, distortions, the rigidity of the bolts of steel ropes, and the existence of double-heavy flaring. 4) checks whether the rigid bolts on the seal of the lifting apparatus are loose or lacking. 5) to check whether the movement of institutions is normal and there is no abnormal sound. 6) check that all lubricants are in good condition. 7) checks the existence of alien objects in orbit that hinder the operation of the bridge and tightens the orbital bolts of the vehicle。
3. Maintenance is maintained monthly and includes weekly maintenance. 1) check that the brake block cushion shall not exceed 2 mm and that the liner shall not be less than 70% in contact with the brake wheel; check the fixed condition of installation of the axes and their wear and lubrication, that the loss of the axes shall not exceed 5% of the original diameter, and that the wear of the axes and the axis shall not exceed 5% of the original diameter and the elliptical degree shall not be greater than 0. 5 mm. 2) check for wear and tear, lubrication of wire ropes and the absence of wiring. 3) checks if the hooks have cracks and if the dangerous cross-sections have wear or tear greater than 5% of the original thickness; whether the corrosive device of the hook nut is complete and the parts on the hook group are complete and reliable; and whether the hooks are flexible and unblocked. 4) check all bolts for looseness and shortages. 5) checking the bolt hardening at the bottoms of electrical motors, speed-reducing machines, etc., and one by one. 6) check the lubricant condition of the speed-reducing machines, their oil levels shall be within specified limits and measures shall be taken to prevent leakages in the seepage areas. 7) lubrication of gears. 8) to check the wear and tear of the wire ropes at the wheel and to lubricate both the wheel and the wheel axis. 9) check whether the wheel is flexible, broken or not, with particular attention to the wear and tear of the axis. 10) check the brake wheel, whose surface is not condensed to exceed 1. 5 mm, the brake wheel should not have cracks and its diameter should be less than 0. 3 mm. 11) check the coaxies, whose upper keys and slots should not be damaged or loose; the axle flow between the two coaxes should be within 27 mm. 12) check the operation of large and small vehicles and there should be no graft, tributary, or swinging at start-up or stop-up. Check the wear and tear of the wheel's rims and treads, which should not exceed 50 per cent of the original thickness and 3 per cent of the original diameter. 13) checks whether the fast bolts are loose and short, whether the plate is fixed to the orbit, whether there are cracks and fractures in the orbit; and whether the gap between the two tracks is within the 12mm (summer) or 35mm (winter) range, whether the top and bottom of the joint and the right and left faults exceed 1 mm. (14) full cleaning of cranes and cleaning of the dirt on them。
The maintenance is maintained semi-annually, and includes monthly maintenance elements. 1) check the cog rading and wear of all brakers, with no more than 30 per cent of the coding face and no depth more than 10 per cent of the original coding thickness (fixed coding thickness); no more than 15 per cent of the coding of the gear to the original cog thickness; check the condition of the bearings; and replace lubricants. 2) checking the condition of large and small wheels, lubricating wheel bearings and eliminating gnawing. 3) checks whether the main beams and beams are welded or corroded by the main welds, which shall not exceed 10% of the thickness of the original plate, and whether the main absorbent parts are fratricidal; whether the various fences and support frames are intact; and checks whether the main beams, the end beams are connected to the bolts and hardened. 4) check the deformation of the main beam and the wear of the small vehicle tracks; the lower circumvention of the main beam should not exceed its width of 00 during the air-borne period; the side bend of the main beam to the inner beam level should not exceed 00 measured length; and the small track should not produce a calibration phenomenon with no more than 3 mm of wear (one-sided) on the top and side of the orbit. 5) check the rollers, whose walls should not be worn more than 20 per cent of the original wall thickness and whose troughs should not become sharp。
5. 3. Maintenance services are provided on the basis of the above-mentioned coverage and content of cranes on the basis of the maintenance fee of 3. 1 b, which is calculated on a monthly basis at the rate of rmb. 3. 2 the cost of the protection services (based on the solicitation and commercial contract prices) is payable monthly. The parties to this agreement
1. Maintenance provision 1) before a person from party b enters the site of party a, he or she must comply with the relevant rules and regulations of party a as required. Safe, civilized work should be carried out during the on-site protection, and all casualties and losses should be borne by party b itself. Party b shall notify relevant staff member party a before entering the duty station for better cooperation with party a. The second party must conclude a labour contract with each employee in the sector and provide them with personal accident insurance and other insurance. (2) b is responsible for providing standard maintenance services for the coverage and content of cranes under this agreement, in accordance with relevant national and industry standards. That is, daily maintenance, weekly routine maintenance, monthly inspection maintenance, semi-annual overhauls (medium- and medium-sized repairs), including regular calibrations, cleaning of lubricants, lubricating, inspection of lines and mechanical parts to ensure that cranes are in good working condition. Upon completion of each warranty, maintenance records must be carefully completed and endorsed by the signature of a. 3) party b is responsible for providing technical services to cranes under this agreement for 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, for emergency malfunctioning or accident management. Party b shall accept the organization of the work of party a and, in case of any objection, must organize a review to ensure normal production before consultations are held. Participation in meetings and conferences on the one side, timely notification of maintenance repairs to the one side as required by equipment management, acceptance of instructions from the one side and submission to the one side management. (4) if, during the maintenance, the party responsible for the damage to the guard crane or other equipment, facilities, etc., on the side of a, the party shall be liable for repair within three days and, if it is unable to repair, shall be compensated for the original value of the equipment, facilities, etc. If this results in other losses for a, b is liable in full. (5) if the crane, which is responsible for maintenance, has been damaged during the period of entry into force of this agreement, party b must be repaired in a timely manner, and after repairing the equipment must meet the original performance indicators, such as the loss of production, such as the loss of production, due to the delay in repair, etc., shall be fully compensated by party b. G. Power parameters, ambient temperature, humidity, etc.) shall be immediately improved in consultation with party a, which shall improve in the light of party b. Otherwise, party b is not responsible for the resulting failure of the crane and damage. (11) for a protection cycle, 100 per cent of the cranes responsible for the protection of b must be completed and less than 100 per cent reduced by one percentage point and a fine of $1,000 for b. 12) during the protection period, a shall provide the necessary maintenance facilities to b. (13) after the entry into force of this agreement, either party may bring the termination of the contract, provided that a justification is given in writing and the other party is notified, served and the insurance costs incurred are settled one month in advance. Otherwise, two months would have to be paid as compensation。
2. Safety management of protection services 1) (b) co-operative maintenance personnel on the b side are subject to the relevant safety management and environmental management documents on the a side; and the a side has the right to impose penalties for safety violations and environmental pollution on the b side. A security management agreement must be signed between party b and party a before formally entering the scene. 2) a complete security management organization with a dedicated part-time security officer. 3) all maintenance personnel will be required to have an operational induction pass, undergo security training and provide copies of detailed technical operating certificates and operating certificates to a for filing. (4) party b shall establish and strictly enforce safety protocols and security management tests. 5) fire in dangerous areas must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the a-m and under exclusive supervision. 6) fire-fighting equipment for the a-i and the timely transfer of used fire-fighting equipment to designated locations in accordance with the a-i requirements. (7) the personnel on the second side must strictly observe labour discipline, and the regulations on the second side must not contradict those on the first side. (8) both parties are responsible for emergency rescue, post-incident analysis and corresponding liability in case of personal injury at the site of production by the bw. 9) the bw personnel must wear uniform at the production site. 10) protection workers on the second side must comply with the regulations governing labour discipline on the one hand, and are not permitted to be late, to leave early and to perform private work in the classroom, etc。
3. Civilisational overhaul management is carried out in strict compliance with the requirements of the standardized management, standardized operations, in the course of the construction. (2) b is responsible for the protection and maintenance of the various pipelines, transmission and communication lines, control switches, production corridors, measurement points, etc. In the area, and may not be destroyed or operated at will. (3) party b is responsible for cleaning up the site and cleaning up the public environment. 4) the rehab is civilized, polite, negotiated and strictly forbidden。
4. Training management for protection services 1) (b) equipment managers, production operators and maintenance personnel on the a side who are responsible for training. (2) no less than 50 persons per year and no less than 24 hours per person per year are trained centrally in specialized classrooms. (3) the total number of on-site training sessions for a personnel at the b plant by b is not less than 20 per year and not less than 16 hours each. (4) party b is responsible for providing competent and effective training materials and related technical information。
5. Logistics management of protection services 1) a provides office space or location to the extent possible, and b is responsible for staffing and maintenance of mechanics. (2) food, drinking water, bathing, transportation, labour protection, wage bonuses, etc., are provided by the b party itself. 3) b. Office facilities, office costs, etc。
6. Regulation no. 1 of the protection act provides that, in the event of normal damage to a device, and in the event that replacement is not possible on the part of the b party, the b party shall be responsible only for the installation and commissioning of the device, at the expense of the a party. 2) to simplify procedures and ensure proper operation of cranes. A agrees that the cost of the plant shall be within 100 yuan and authorizes b to make repairs and replacements before settlement of the costs to a. In the case of replacements of pieces exceeding 100 yuan, the agreement of a must be obtained before the replacement can take place. (3) in the case of replacements of devices exceeding 100 yuan, party b is obliged to state in detail that party is obliged to decide promptly whether to accept them. (4) if b does not commence or complete maintenance services at the time specified in the preservation agreement, it is overdue by one day and pays default payments to a at 10 per cent of the total amount of the agreement。
V. Other
1. Both parties are subject to the technical supervision of security by the security inspectorate. Where the parties are unable to determine their respective responsibilities, the municipal quality technical supervisory authority shall rule, and the parties shall be subject to the decision and each of them shall bear the respective responsibilities。
2. Failure to do so shall be resolved in a spirit of cooperation between the parties, in consultation with each other and in good faith, and may be supplemented if necessary。
3. When this agreement enters into force, the parties shall scrupulously respect it. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall settle the dispute amicably and in good faith, the negotiations shall be null and void and shall be submitted to the people's court in the territory of a。
