    An east wind farmer diesel engine was running well, but it went off on its own when it was running at low speed. The air in the ve oil pump room was checked, and the air in the pump room was drained, the engine was activated and the fire went off on its own。

    According to a failure analysis, it was the continuous entry of air into the ve pump room that caused the failure. The following checks were carried out to identify the sources of air entering the pump room. First, the fuel-pressure roads were inspected, and the fuel tanks, the fuel roads, the oil-water separators and the diesel filters were checked for leakage. The oil dispenser was then removed, the oil dispenser was checked on the test table, the oil spray pressure was normal and the fog was good。

    With a clean barrel filled with diesel, one end of a transparent plastic tube was inserted into the barrel, the other side was pumped into the head by the ve, the engine was activated and the fire went off. A closer look at the start-up engine showed that the diesel fuel pumped into the plastic tube at the mouth of the oil was reflowing back to the barrel. After detailed examination, the following problems were found: a cavity plug on the hood of the gas chamber of the engine; excessive exhaust and stress in the engine rotor case; and a severe ageing of the oil seal of the ve pump。

    The end of the vent on the hood of the engine gas chamber is connected to the vent on the hood of the gas chamber and the other to the vent, and when the engine works, the exhaust gas in the warpcase enters the vent through the vent and pipe and enters the combustion chamber when the vent opens。

    When the pressure of the gas in the engine's rotor case is reduced, the fresh air in the vent enters into the rotor's box from then on to ensure that the pressure of the gas in the rotor's case is stabilized.     At this point, when the ve pump axle seals are seriously ageing and sealed, the exhaust gas in the warp axle box enters from the ve pump axle seal to the back of the oil seal, then enters directly from a small hole into the side of the ve pump and is pumped into the pump room by the slide pump in the ve pump until the exhaust is full of the pump room, enters the upper side of the ve pump, causing the supply to be interrupted, and the engine goes off its own fire。

    When the motor was used to drive the engine around, the exhaust gas in the warp axle tank entered from the ve pump to the ve pump to the side of the oil, and then came out of the mains of the pipeline, returning diesel from the plastic tube。

    In response to the causes of the failure, the following treatments were made: excessive exhaust gas in engine curvatures, excessive pressure, indicating severe wear in the cylinders and piston rings, resulting in large gaps between the walls of the cylinders. Replacement of engine piston rings and restoration of cask wall gaps to near normal values。

    Clearing the air pipes on the hoods of the gas chambers of the engine so that the exhausts and fresh air in the engine rotor case flow into each other. Replacing ve pump axle oil seals to be sealed. After the above repairs, the test vehicle was activated and the failure was eliminated。
