Adjustments:
Adjustment: the work gap between the mixer leaf and the mixer pan has been adjusted to 2 ±lmm before the plant leaves are removed, after testing or maintenance, and the work gap between the mixer blade and the mixer has to be adjusted. If more than 2 ±lmm, the adjuster nut can be released, the rotor blades can be reeled, then the adjuster will be tightened, or the switcher and column will be released, the speed reduction box frank will be connected to the generator will be re-engineered, and the screws will be sharpened after the test。
Maintenance:
1) the work site should be kept clean and each use should be followed by a complete clean-up of the leaves and internal and external slurries of the mixing pan and a clean-up of scattered and splattered the ash and dirty material on the machine, drying it and covering it to prevent falling into dust。
2) there are no external refuelling holes in this machine, and motor components such as snails, gears and bearings in a speed-reducing box are added to the molybdenum disulfide lubricant once a quarter, when refuelling, the bearings can be opened separately. Oil lubrication should be regularly dripped between the tailboard and the railing of the poles and the surfaces of the relative parts of the movement. The machine should be completely cleaned and lubricated every year。
3) if the machine operates with a metal impact noise, check whether the gap between the mixer leaves and the mixer pan is correct。
4) when new mixers or blades are replaced, the gap shall be adjusted according to the above-mentioned method。
5) when using a mixer, take it lightly and do not fall at will in case the pot changes。
(6) electrical insulation should be regularly checked. Cold-state insulation resistance 5m times at 20°c ± 5°c at relative humidity 50% - 70%
