I. Maintenance
In cases where the construction elevator user unit has a certificate of qualification for the specialized engineering contractor for the installation of the equipment, the construction elevator maintenance management system, equipment maintenance plan, contingency rescue programme should be developed prior to notification of the construction electrical installation, requiring that the construction elevator maintenance management system and equipment maintenance plan specify the content, periodicity and responsibility for the maintenance of the equipment. The emergency rescue contract for unforeseen circumstances should identify the emergency relief duty-bearer, the person's mobile telephone number and the time of commitment and response. The maintenance of construction elevators at night is strictly prohibited。

2. 1 while on duty, the driver is unable to leave the position of the ladder. In doing so, the driver must be focused and eye-to-eye. In the event of an abnormal sound, the parking shall be immediately checked。
2. 2 when the elevator operates, the crew shall be under the command of the driver and shall be prohibited from operating without permission。
2. 3 the cargo on the elevator is distributed evenly within the cage, as close as possible to the centre of the pillar and to guard against unilateral bias. Drivers are prohibited from operating in the event of thunderstorms, fogs, freezing of tracks and wind above class 6 and should park ladders on the ground。
2. 4 the electromagnetic brakes, speed limiters and other safety devices were found to be malfunctioning and should be stopped immediately and repaired before driving。
2. 5 at the end of the work, the elevator must be brought down to the ground, the switch in the elevator cage and the total switch on the ground must be severed, the power should be cut, and the mechanical parts of the ladder should be checked for overheating or damage; the ladders must be cleaned and the elevators must be kept in operation; electrical control tables and switches should be locked。

Equipment maintenance requirements
The installation and maintenance unit shall develop a maintenance system in accordance with the requirements related to the safety and technical capability of the equipment and shall perform maintenance work in accordance with the following procedures and steps: 3. 1 pre-installation security inspection and maintenance of equipment: inspection of the integrity of the main institutional functions of the equipment, inspection of the main steel structures and connections and the visible defects of their distribution axes and bolts, examination of the preservative condition of the equipment's surface, establishment of records and issuance of installation advice。
3. 2 day-to-day maintenance of equipment upon delivery: the day-to-day maintenance shall be the responsibility of the operator of the equipment or a dedicated person in the unit, and the installation of the maintenance unit shall be subject to supervision and inspection of the content of the day-to-day maintenance. The main elements of day-to-day maintenance are outlined as the “crossing operation”: cleaning, securing, lubrication, adjustment, preservation. For 10-30 minutes per day before and at the end of the shift, the inspection of all parts and parts of the equipment is conducted in a normal manner, refuelling and lubricating as required, ensuring that the sound of the mechanical operation is functioning properly, performing cleaning and hand-over work in order to achieve the proper appearance and functioning of the equipment, and that the daily maintenance of the records and the records of the shifts are made into fixed forms and managed as archives。

Regular maintenance
Periodic maintenance of construction elevator equipment shall include at least the following:

4. 2 the inspection, testing and replacement of safety devices and electrical protections shall conform to the work requirements of the safety protocol for construction lifters gb10055-2007, the safety protocol for gravity machinery gb6067-85 and the technical protocol for safety in the use of construction machinery jgj33-2001。
4. 3 other periodic inspections: (1) the concrete base, foot bolts, walling, anchor state changes; (2) the visible defects in the eye, such as deformation, cracks, rust; (3) the connection of structural components to the axle, bolts, locator, flange, etc., combined and connected parts; (4) the operation of the institution, wear of parts and components; (5) the reliability and accuracy of protective and safety restraint devices; (6) the wear and tear of wire lines, wheels or gears; (7) the hydraulic pressure devices: pressure, pressure gauges, oil table, docking, pipework, oil spills, etc. (8). Vi. Periodic maintenance records of equipment
The installation maintenance unit should establish a coded construction elevator with a regular maintenance log to fully record the maintenance contents. Following the regular maintenance of the construction elevators, the equipment installation maintenance unit issues periodic maintenance log forms for the construction elevators and keeps them in the technical files of the construction elevators, which should be stamped and signed by the equipment maintenance unit and the inspection maintenance staff, respectively. In addition, equipment installation maintenance units should complete the “regular maintenance records of equipment” in the curriculum vitae manual in a timely manner。
