With regard to hardware facilities, the municipality has organized inspections and inspections of equipment facilities such as heating boilers, heat pipe networks, heat exchange stations, pumps, heat pump units, etc. To date, the city-wide heating station has completed the overhaul of boilers, incendiaries, heat pump units, the replacement or repair of heaters, pumps, gas alarms. The facility equipment overhaul has been largely completed. This year, a system of “heaters” has been fully implemented in the city, with heating managers in the sub-districts, who are responsible for first-time management, coordination and resolution of the population's heating problems, as well as for responding proactively to the population's response to the problem of heating as reflected by the community housing committees and the network。
In addition, the number of service calls will be promoted to each household through the distribution of personal service cards and the publication of hot station hotlines in prominent locations in the subdistricts. Before heating, heating information, such as hotlines, service coverage, hot station service points, etc., is made available to the public through various channels, such as official websites, regional integration media, micro-intelligence public numbers。

In the area of heating services, the municipality has established a one-stop-site system, which requires the end of the initial heating period, a substantial cooling of the weather, important holidays, etc., and a 24-hour presence to keep a close eye on the heating operation, to urge the heating station to improve the quality of its work and to coordinate the timely resolution of the heating problem。
At present, the city and district levels have set up special heating workshops to maintain a focused schedule of hours, and a working mechanism for the general movement of hours and weeks to coordinate the work on heating。
