During these years, sanya winter was warm and the sea wind was blowing, but many people in the north-east began to pack their bags. In sanya bay, many of the former popular north-east restaurants have had transfer cards, and familiar north-east accents are becoming less common in the streets. Many people initially thought that prices were too high to scare people away, but the reality was not that simple。

However, high prices alone are not enough. What really makes many people determined to go is medical care, education, and so forth. Medical resources have always been the most worrying of the elderly in the northeast。

But it takes time for policy to land, and many northeasters can't wait. In the past, they were chasing warmth and landscapes, and now more focused on stability and security. If the city is so beautiful, it cannot stay if it is difficult to see the sick, to go to school, to go to school, to travel, to live in a bad environment, and ordinary people live in the same place。
In the north-east, where opportunities are not lacking, the cities of changchun are growing by drug and high-end manufacturing, without housing prices.
