In the new environment, research and reporting are very important for the development of sport in society, and news reports have a catalytic effect, accurately communicating government policy and stimulating popular enthusiasm for sport. This paper takes the example of the chinese sports journal and provides a detailed study of the current status of social sports news coverage and sustainable development responses. But there is still a gap between our country and the rest of the world's sports powers, especially in terms of sport population, national health and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the role of the media in the dissemination of information has become increasingly important, and none of the national policies, emergencies, etc., has been well known through news reports, and therefore research into the current state of social sports journalism has been very important in promoting the development of social sport. 1. Social sport is defined as physical activity with the purpose of improving health and well-being during leisure time, to which the population voluntarily participates. Ii. Social sports coverage in the chinese sports newspaperSituation analysis(i) number of social sports stories in the chinese sports newspaper. The statistics on the total number of sports news stories in july, 8, and the three months 2010-2014 of the chinese sports journal are shown in table 1.
