I. Admission procedures

Ii. Sustainable arrangements and staffings

Health insurance
1. According to the circular of the ministry of education office of the national health insurance board on the participation of university students in basic health insurance-related work (2023] documentary spirit, full-time graduate students are insured in principle at the place of study。
Medical insurance for university students is the basic medical insurance for school students, and the health insurance for university students in wuhan city for the period from 1 january to 31 december 2025 is based on the vuhan city medical insurance board's contribution circular, which is set up in the new system。
New graduate students who are not enrolled in basic health insurance at their place of residence are entitled to basic health insurance for residents of our municipality, as required, and to health insurance for the period from 1 september to 31 december 2024。

Sweet tip:
Students who have received a loan for a student's education are not covered by the state or a source-based loan programme, and are required to pay their own contributions on a digitally accessible platform in order to receive medical treatment。

Iv. Online fees
New generations are paying their fees through the dnp platform. The rates are based on the publication of the school website, and the cost of accommodation is based on the standards of each school district and dormitories. Medical insurance and medical examination are paid together。
If a new student receives a bank card from the school with a letter of admission, he/she is required to activate the card in accordance with the note of use of the card. The card will be used to award scholarships during school hours。
Carnation: it is recommended that the amount be transferred to the balance of the payment of the treasure or the credit, using the means of payment of the treasure and the micro-credit, and that the fee be made easier. If a bank card is chosen to pay the fee, it may be used to pay the fee。
Green channels - state loans for study assistance
The green route is the most direct and effective measure to ensure successful entry of economically disadvantaged new entrants to regular higher education schools. New entrants who wish to apply for a national student loan can apply for a green route on the digital new platform, which will be reviewed for payment。
In accordance with the circular of the ministry of education, among others, on the adjustment of policies relating to student loans (2023) (d) the provisions on the amount and interest rate of state loans for study assistance, which guarantee the need for loans for students with family financial difficulties. The state loan for study assistance applied for by students is used as a priority to cover the cost of tuition and accommodation while in school, in excess of the cost of daily living. Vi. Reporting on site
For new entrants who have completed the admission process online, please report to the admission faculties on 1 september 2024. New students who have applied for an in-school dormitory are allowed to attend the dormitory first。
On 1 september 2024, our school established a terminal at the wuchang railway station, the wuhan railway station, the hanchong railway station and the wu handong station on the same day at 7:00-22:00。
New students who are getting off the train station in wuchang are requested to come out of east square。
New arrivals from wuhan station are requested to exit from parking lot 2。
New students who are getting off the hanchong railway station are requested to come out of the south exit。

Review of eligibility for admission
The review of the eligibility of new entrants is divided into online and on-site examinations。
1. Online pre-trial
Online pre-qualification is carried out in the “accessibility review” module of the new system, which is to be accessed during the opening of the new system, and relevant materials are to be uploaded as required. The module includes, inter alia, basic information checks for students, recognition of pre-academic degree information, uploading of supporting material, retention of admission and waiver of application for admission. 2. On-site audits
When reporting at the site, all originals of identification documents, materials related to qualification, electronic materials uploaded during the retest, certificates of academic degrees, etc. Are available。
Within one month of the arrival of a new student, the school will conduct a rigorous review of the school's eligibility for admission, comparing it with the student registration form, personnel files, etc. (b) review the eligibility procedures for admission and register them。

The review found that the certificate of admission, the examination information, the educational degree, etc., were not in conformity with the student's actual situation or did not meet the requirements for admission or that there were other violations of the requirements of the national entrance examination, that admission to the school would be disqualified; that if there were cases of falsification, fraud, etc., the school should be disqualified for review; and that, in serious cases, the school should be referred to the competent authorities for investigation。
The review found that the physical and mental state of the student was not suitable for study at school, and that if the school-designated hospital above level ii a is diagnosed as requiring rest and recuperation at home, it may apply for one year's retention in school in accordance with the relevant provisions。
Viii. Reporting for leave and applying for retention of admission
New entrants who are admitted to the national admission scheme are required to be admitted to the institute within the prescribed period of time, on the basis of a certificate of admission, identification documents and related materials from the chinese university of science and technology。
In case of failure to attend school on time, the school shall be provided with a written leave in advance and the relevant certificate. Leave may not exceed two weeks. Failure to report for leave or late leave shall be considered a waiver of eligibility for admission unless justified for reasons such as force majeure。
A graduate student who is temporarily unfit or unable to attend school for reasons of health, military service, etc., may apply for the retention of his or her qualifications. During the retention period, they do not have a degree and do not enjoy the treatment of students. Those who retain their qualifications must apply for admission to the school prior to the expiry of their term, and after the school has reviewed their qualifications, the admission process is carried out at the prescribed time. Failure to qualify for review and disqualification from admission; a person who fails to comply with the admission formalities and is not justified by a delay due to force majeure is deemed to have relinquished his or her eligibility for admission。
Medical check-ups for new entrants
Upon the arrival of a new student, a health check-up is carried out at the notice of each faculty. Students who report online for failure to upload electronic registrations are required to take one inch of their own registration for medical examination。
The main school district is the school hospital and the school district is the staff hospital of the medical college. New students of the cyber-annual college attend medical examinations in the main school district, organized by the college。

X. Contribution of new party organizations
The transitioning organization, which has the conditions to use the national member management information system, should be transferred through the national party member management information system organization relationship transfer sub-system (new students are requested to verify accurate information with the faculty and correctly write the name of the committee), without the need for a paper-based introduction letter. When party members report to the school, they report on their organizational connections to the in-house organizations in a timely manner. For those who do not yet have access to the national party management information system, a letter of introduction to the paper-based organization may be sent. Xi. House mobilization
1. Processing of household movements
New-born families move on a voluntary basis and are invited to prepare them for school well in advance. The admission process is centralized between september and the end of december of the year of admission (which is not available during the time of the transfer) and may be carried out at the end of the year. The deadline for the central collection of new residence permits by the office of the public defender is 30 september。
New arrivals for household migration require the following attention:
(1) for new entrants who are registered in hubei province (except for wuhan city), a copy of the notice of admission, the registration form for the declared household (with my own hand-written signature) is prepared。
(2) newborns who are domiciled in wuhan are required to prepare a copy of the acceptance notice, the original of the residence register's own page or the “residency population registration form” (with a pencil indicating the person's height, contact number, name of both parents and identity card number), a copy of the identity card, a declaration of the residence registration form (with their handwritten signature). When they report for school, they are requested to submit the above-mentioned information to their respective faculties, which will be transferred to the office of the public defender for admission. In the case of new entrants who are registered in wuhan, the information on their pages in the “resident's household register” or “resident's register” must be carefully checked, in particular “name, sex, nationality, date of birth and identity card number”. In case of any errors, please correct them in a timely manner。
(3) newborns who are domiciled outside hubei province are required to submit a copy of the acceptance letter, a residence migration certificate (the residence certificate must be printed after 2015 (including) and the original residence certificate must be printed with a pencil indicating the person's height, contact number in the upper right corner, the parent's name and identity card number in the lower left corner, a copy of the identity card and a colour electronic photograph (within 30k of the document, jpeg format, name and id number), and a declaration of the household registration form (personal handwritten signature)。
Outside hubei province, the main school area of the “relocation address” certificate is the “university of technology in china, wuhan city, hubei province” or the “hoiji school of medicine, china central university of technology, wuhan city, hubei province”, or “airway 13, wuhan city, hubei province”. The identity card must have the correct identity card number, and the residence certificate (the “place of birth, place of origin” on the residence certificate must be detailed to the city of xx, the marital status must be specified as married or unmarried), the identity card of the resident, the registration document must be consistent (including the name, sex, nationality, date of birth, identity card number) and the residence seal of the police station to which the residence is to be removed is not valid. Newborns should carefully check their residence certificates issued at the police station in the place of origin and, in case of errors, correct them in a timely manner so as not to prejudice the entry of their families at school。
Any new student who moves his/her household to a school should, prior to the procedure, have his/her identity card, entry note, residence certificate or “residential registration form” or household register photocopy his/her page for other formalities。

Xii. Qualifications for scholarships
The admission category is full-time non-directional employment for postgraduate students, who are required to prepare, before admission, the following documentation (no proof is required for eligible eligible students whose personnel files have been transferred to our school) to apply for a scholarship。
1. Proof of marriage
