Many electricians, home electricians and new entrants want to upgrade their technology and break the pay ceiling through circuit board maintenance. But most people stepped on the pit first: the wrong training institution。
There is a wide range of training in the maintenance of circuit boards on the market: some are low-priced, lateral-level fees; some teach only replacements and non-teaching principles; and others are boasting about seven days of speed and high-paying employment. There seems to be a lot of choice, and in fact, there is very little really on the table。
Over the years, too many people have been spending a lot of money and a month or two to study, and in the end, they have changed their face and their resistance. The more complex boards are still unreadable, unrepairable, waste of time and school fees. Today, from the point of view of the industry's old guns, you are taught how to select specter-based training institutions with precision, avoiding 90 per cent of the training packages。

First, directly pass all “employment, high pay” institutions
It's the biggest set in the industry. The maintenance of circuit boards is a hard-tech exercise involving circuit mechanics, chip logic, wave-shaped detection, invisible failure screening, which does not exist at all at 7-day speeds for half a month. You've just learned that it's impossible to get a high salary right now, and it's going to take slowly to accumulate, so that the pay can rise. All those who promote zero-basic fast-tracking of teachers, learn to go through months and distribute high-paying jobs are marketing heads。
Real maintenance techniques rely on the accumulation of principles, physical grinding, and failure to repeat, without any shortcuts. Most of these institutions teach only surface-replacement processes, do not teach bottom logic, and appear to be able to repair them, but actually encounter control boards, drive boards, intermittent breakdowns。
Second, you don't read ads about teachers, you reject the theory teacher of the paper
Teachers in many training institutions, who had never worked in front-line maintenance work, had never been able to follow a course of theory, parametrics, had not repaired a site failure sheet and had not addressed the emergency shutdown of the plant. All the students learned were books and dead, completely out of real-life maintenance。
Skill-based training teachers must have been of operational origin for many years. They specialize in various types of malfunctions, such as electrical boards, panels, transmissions, server drives, power panels, etc., and understand illness, problems and emergencies on the ground. Schooling is based on realism and theory, which teaches the idea of trouble-checking rather than rigid operating procedures。

Third, hands-on equipment
School circuit board maintenance, most afraid of “too much and less”. Some institutions have few facilities, and dozens of participants share a few plates, or spend most of their time listening to lessons and presentations from teachers, with few opportunities to do so themselves。
There must be enough waste-man board, home electricity master board, drive board for the trainees to conduct themselves, equipped with oscilloscopes, hot wind guns, bga welding equipment and detection equipment. The teaching of maintenance, which is conducted with a sense of hand, an eye, a line of thought, can only be applied independently if there is an accumulation of physical exercise。
Fourth, look at the curriculum and don't tell anyone about it
Low-end training only taught: which part is broken for which. High-end, spectrometry training taught: why bad, how to sort, how to avoid back-up, how to calibrate。
The central purpose of people's learning is to address the difficult problems that others cannot fix, to open up the technological gap and to raise incomes. If the course is confined to basic replacements, completion of the course remains a cheap replacement job that does not achieve the goal of promotion, billing and salary increases. The spectrometry course will certainly cover the core elements of circuit logic, failure logic, chip maintenance, waveform testing, and ageing discs。

Fifthly, try it before you sign up
The training institutions must be willing to open free auditions so that you can listen to them, see them and ask questions。
You can pay, not test, not see the class. The focus of the test is on whether the lectures are popular, not much exercise, not enough equipment, not many students and not much in mind。
Sixth, long-term technical support is required after school
Maintenance requires an answer, not the end, but the beginning。
Formal institutions provide remote answers to questions after graduation, drawing support, trouble consultations, tools guidance, hard-to-read boards, help, shop opening, employment and billing。
At the end:
School circuit board maintenance is equivalent to a three-year break in selecting the institution. It is not necessary to follow the big ones blindly, not superstitiously high-priced courses, not to be greedy, not to be deceived by high-paying salaries, to recognize combat teachers, sufficient exercise, complete courses, and long-term technical support to learn the true skills。
There are no shortcuts, but picking the right path and following the right person is the fastest shortcut。
