At present, the combined price of water in the first step of life is $3. 32 per cubic metre (comprising 1. 85 per cubic metre of basic water price, 0. 52 per cubic metre of non-taxed piped water and 0. 95 per cubic metre of sewage treatment); 4. 25 per cubic metre of combined water in the second step (comprising 2. 78 per cubic metre of basic water price, 0. 52 per cubic metre of non-taxed water and 0. 95 per cubic metre of sewage treatment); and 7. 02 per cubic metre of combined water in the third step (comprising 5. 55 per cubic metre of basic water price, 0. 52 per cubic metre of non-taxed water and 0. 95 per cubic metre of sewage treatment)。
The combined water price of users of the combined table is 3. 42 yuan per cubic metre (comprising the basic water price of 1. 95 yuan per cubic metre, non-taxed piped water of 0. 52 yuan per cubic metre and sewage treatment of 0. 95 yuan per cubic metre)。
The combined price of water for non-resident users implementing water prices is 3. 52 yuan per cubic metre (2. 05 yuan per cubic metre of basic water price, 0. 52 yuan per cubic metre of non-taxed running water and 0. 95 yuan per cubic metre of sewage treatment). These include schools, childcare institutions, social welfare institutions, community councils, etc。
The combined price of water used by non-residents is $5. 7 per cubic metre (2. 65 per cubic metre for basic water, 1. 65 per cubic metre for non-taxed running water and 1. 40 per cubic metre for sewage treatment). This includes the use of water by administrative bodies, enterprises, social organizations, industry, greening, commerce and construction。
The combined water price for special water uses is 10. 05 dollars per cubic metre (7 dollars per cubic metre for basic water, 1. 65 dollars per cubic metre for water resources and 1. 40 dollars per cubic metre for sewage treatment). These include pure water processing, car wash, high-end bathing, skiing, etc。
Households with urban and rural minimum subsistence allowance cards, special hardship certificates and guarantee 5 are entitled to low-privileged water and water prices after registration with water utility groups. The price of water for the first group of low-insurance residents is $2. 15 per cubic metre (1. 70 for basic water and 0. 45 per cubic metre for sewage treatment). Over 144 cubic metres of water have been used annually to implement the water ladder system for residents. Households who also hold urban or rural low security, special hardship or “five guarantee” certificates cannot repeat the preferential water price policy。
