The water is paid for by the units and individuals that use the water supplied by the water works, as required. The introduction of water tariffs is a trend in modern legislation, and many national water laws impose water tariffs on all or part of water use。
In 1985, the state issued the regulations, collections and management of waterworks, which specify the purposes for which water charges are levied, the principles for which water tariffs are established, and the collection, use and management of water charges.
