Comprehensive maintenance and maintenance system for equipment facilities
Purpose
In order to manage our facilities and equipment more scientifically and to ensure that their maintenance is carried out in an orderly and systematic manner and in accordance with certain principles and standards, we have developed this system. The objective is to achieve the long-term useful life of facilities and equipment, their efficient performance and their better adaptation to the needs of productive development。
Equipment maintenance principles
Prevention-based strategies should inform the maintenance of facilities and equipment. We will endeavour to eliminate the failure of the equipment in its embryonic state, the main task of which will be to prevent the looseness and abnormal wear and tear of the connection and to monitor the proper use of the equipment by the operator in order to prevent the occurrence of equipment accidents, thereby extending the useful life of the equipment and ensuring its safe operation。
The principle of combining use and maintenance is upheld. Operators are expected to perform “three good” (good, well used, well maintained) and “four” (used, maintained, inspected, trouble solved) in their daily work。
The principles of rational planning and scientific preservation are followed. Maintenance of equipment focused on improving the quality of maintenance, reducing downtime and increasing the operational rate of equipment. In planning, we need to ensure that production and maintenance go hand in hand, while using scientific maintenance methods to maximize efficiency。
Management responsibility for facilities, equipment inspection and maintenance
(1) the ministry of production is responsible for the integrated planning and organization of facilities and equipment maintenance within the company. They need to develop and improve systems and regulations to guide and regulate the maintenance of equipment in various departments. At the same time, they need to strengthen their sense of responsibility and ensure that maintenance and maintenance measures are effectively implemented。
(2) heads of equipment use units are required to further refine their facilities and equipment management measures in accordance with company guidelines, policies and systems. They should strictly monitor the implementation process and conduct regular inspections and appraisals to ensure that facilities, equipment maintenance and maintenance meet the requirements of corporate norms。
Elements of facilities, equipment maintenance

(1) in the case of stand-alone, stand-alone general-purpose equipment, etc., the on-duty inspection and maintenance of the operator will be carried out。
(2) for utilities, equipment that are not operated by a fixed person, the head of the department in which the facility is located shall designate a person responsible for maintenance。
(3) each piece of equipment will carry a maintenance responsibilities plate specifying the name and duties of the maintainer。
0 duty of maintainer
(1) operators are required to comply strictly with equipment usage protocols, to use the equipment rationally and to avoid overloading。
(2) establish and implement proper lubricants provisions, regularly adding or replacing lubricants and keeping the roads open。
(3) the operator shall stop and clean up the equipment and the work site 15 minutes before the end of each shift to ensure that the equipment is free of oil and dirt。
(4) the equipment hand-over system is carefully implemented, with the completion of the “transit logbook” and the confirmation of responsibility by the signature of the transferring parties。
Zero specialized maintenance workers introduced equipment packages
(1) sector charter areas, individual charter teams, with clear lines of responsibility。
(2) each area and each equipment shall be equipped with a warrant to perform maintenance duties, clearly checking the duties and requirements of those responsible for maintenance。
Duty of professional maintenance
(1) the department responsible for regional chartering is required to break down the individuals who have been placed on a single charter in accordance with the established regional equipment check points and to conduct regular, spot-to-air inspections and maintenance。

(3) the equipment team is required to carefully arrange and implement the pre-repair plan for the equipment on the basis of time-scheduled spot checks and to report to the ministry of production in a timely manner. At the same time, the ministry of production should respond promptly to ensure that equipment accidents or malfunctions are resolved in a timely manner。
Maintenance of facilities, equipment
Maintenance of equipment is subject to a three-tier maintenance system, including routine maintenance, primary maintenance and secondary maintenance。
(1) the day-to-day maintenance is the responsibility of the operator and is aimed at maintaining the lubrication and cleaning of the equipment, timely detection and elimination of class malfunctions, while carefully filling in the handover records。
(2) level-i maintenance is primarily operator-oriented and provides guidance to repair workers in connection with partial disassembly and inspection of equipment, cleaning of prescribed areas, and the facilitation of oil routes。
(3) secondary maintenance is dominated by repair workers, with the participation of operational workers, and is conducted semi-annually for priority equipment. This phase includes the partial breakdown of the equipment, the inspection of repairs, the replacement or repair of wear and tear items。
In addition, specialized equipment is subject to the responsibility for spot-checking, pre-repairing and holiday maintenance, and is subject to quantitative maintenance based on the pre-repair plan. At the same time, the preventive maintenance and maintenance cycle is determined according to the importance of the equipment and the type of production shift, and the equipment officer of each equipment is identified by the maintenance officer。
Establishment of facilities, equipment maintenance protocols
Equipment maintenance protocols are core guidelines for equipment maintenance and must be strictly adhered to by all operators, maintenance workers and managers. As production develops, process improvements and equipment upgrades, protocols should be continuously revised and refined to ensure their applicability and effectiveness. Each equipment shall be equipped with appropriate maintenance protocols and shall be prepared and verified before the arrival of a new or technically modified crew or single unit of equipment. In addition, the protocol should be comprehensive and detailed, including key information such as the main technical performance parameters of the equipment。
(c) provides a schematic chart, hydraulic, power, electrical, etc. To enable operators to better understand the workings of the equipment。
Develop lubricating control point management charts, identify the lubricating points of the equipment and the oily number to be used to ensure good lubrication of the equipment。
It is clear that on-duty operators are required to inspect the parts of the maintenance, the periodicity of the mobile inspection of the maintenance staff and the checkpoints, as well as the inspection standards for each point. At the same time, a method of removing common malfunctions in the operation of the equipment is provided。
Emphasis is placed on security precautions in the operation of equipment to ensure the safety of personnel and proper operation of equipment。
Clear replacement cycles and end-of-life standards for equipment-vulnerable items to allow for timely maintenance and replacement。
• clarify the sanitary requirements of civilization in the area of equipment and equipment, and maintain the clean and cleanness of equipment。
(3) preparation of equipment maintenance protocols:
Maintenance protocols for new units and single units of equipment for new or technical adaptation projects are prepared by the equipment technical unit of the unit in which the equipment is located。
Where maintenance protocols are not in place for the equipment in use, they should be prepared by the department where the equipment is located。
In practice, operators, maintenance personnel who find irregularities or errors in protocols should immediately inform the equipment team, which is required to conduct in-depth inspections and modifications。
The newly developed maintenance protocols are reviewed by the chief equipment officer and reported to the ministry of production for filing. The revised protocol also needs to be reviewed and documented。
