It is stated that this year, as called for in the report on the work of the government, the protection of intellectual property rights will be further strengthened by the establishment of a regular communication mechanism with private and foreign enterprises, by regularly hearing the opinions and specific claims of private and foreign enterprises with regard to intellectual property rights, by helping them to address in a timely manner the difficulties and problems they face with regard to intellectual property rights, and by insisting on equal and equal protection of intellectual property rights of state-owned, private and foreign enterprises。

The first is to further strengthen intellectual property protection systems. To further optimize the number of intellectual property protection centres, high standards are needed to build national intellectual property protection demonstration zones, provide more efficient, accessible and low-cost channels for corporate advocacy, help create better innovation and business environments and promote better business development。
