In order to follow up on the general national security concept, promote awareness-raising and education activities on the occasion of the national security education day for all, effectively test the effectiveness of national security learning for teachers and students throughout the school, and further strengthen the school culture of “school safety, understanding and maintaining security”, the school of economics and trade set up a well-planned, integrated organization to successfully hold the first national security competition on april 15, in conference room 1005 in north quantuan。
The first green cup national security knowledge competition was a central vehicle for the implementation of the national security education day by the financial and trade institute and an important initiative to deepen the building of a school security governance system. The institute attaches great importance to the preparation of the competition and has set up a special working group to draw up the programme for the implementation of the first blue cup national security knowledge competition, which will clarify the theme of the competition, the schedule of the competition, the rules for scoring and the awards, and ensure that the competition is conducted in an orderly manner. In the preparatory phase, the school security office organized a task force to elaborate a competition database, taking into account the core elements of national security laws and regulations, key elements of campus security management, and knowledge of cybersecurity protection. The repository covers the core elements of the general national security concept, legal and regulatory knowledge, such as the national security law of the people's republic of china, the counter-intelligence law, the cybersecurity law, and security knowledge points closely related to the daily safety of teachers and students, such as fire safety at school, telecommunications network fraud prevention, personal information protection and mental health safety. At the same time, the department of school security coordinates departments such as the teaching and learning office, the student office and the ark rescue team, which issue competition announcements through class clusters, bulletin boards, etc., to clarify the requirements for participation, the selection process and the rules for finals, and to mobilize the active participation of the entire class. Each class attaches great importance to the prompt organization of internal selections and the selection of teams of highly qualified and knowledge-ready teams to form a solid basis for the finals。
The competition is based on class participation and a two-tier selection mechanism for the “preliminary-final” contests, with full coverage of all classes.
