After 15 years of experience with electrical automation, i am deeply convinced that electrical maintenance personnel need a wide range of skills to cope easily with electrical malfunctions in equipment. First, it is necessary to lay the foundation for basic electrical knowledge, which can be achieved through school learning. However, theoretical knowledge is only the foundation, and real skills upgrading requires constant refinement in the practice of factories. The first three to five years of factory life will be a critical period of skills accumulation, and through continuous practice and learning we will gradually become familiar with the use of tools and develop the capacity to solve problems independently. As experience grows, we will gradually assume responsibility for larger projects, eventually reaching the level of one-sidedness。
