In july last year, ms. Tao's family officially moved into tianxiang, and on 1 july she again advanced 30 tons of water money, but by 20 july, with only 10 days of water spent, the house was again cut off。
This water cost has been repeated, and sometimes the water has stopped when the bath was halfway. Last september, ms. Tao decided to move out of her new residence. In march of this year, ms. Tao did a special experiment: after 30 tons of water had been prepaid, she stopped entering a new residence and, two months later, after not using a little water, she came back and found 30 tons of water “evaporated” in a strange manner — the house had been cut off for days. “to date, i have paid a total of five water bills and purchased 150 tons of water. But the water is out of the house, and you say it's not cool." ms. Tao said that, logically, a reminder should be given before the smart card stopped, but the water was cut off every time. There were too many inconveniences in the water-free days, and ms. Tao had repeatedly approached the property industry, worried about leaks in the pipes and suspected of having problems with her water-cost smart cards. “is the ic card a technical problem or is it not known whether it was handed over for 120 yuan each time, and only 10 tons of water?”。
According to ms. Tao, she has been searching for property and demanding solutions throughout the year. But each time they can find a reason to say that it was the developer's business, or that it was the water company's business, or that it was a two-day settlement. But there's no solution. The director of the local property company, the department of passenger services, explained that they had approached the water company to assess ms. Tao's house and concluded that “there is a moving gas in the water pipes of the district, which cannot be excreted on its own, leading to an empty high-level water table”.
