All media operations centre, 24 december 2025, p. MRadioFor the first time, the weather forecast is an important part of the exerciseCentral tvThe 4th quarterly emergency exercise of news service. The exercise achieved the desired results, laying a solid foundation for the future efficient response to broadcast risks such as transmission circuit failure, content frames and so forth, marking a new phase of operationalization and integration in emergency collaboration between cvg and the media operations centre as a whole。

On-site mentoring exercise by the director of the editorial department of news service
The exercise was carried out in tandem with the china weather film and television building, which is run by the central television and is closely linked to the real broadcast environment. The exercise was closely tied to three typical emergency scenarios: transmission circuit failure, programme transmission timeout, content frame or mislabelling. Based on a coordinated and synchronized response to the plan, the two parties conducted a comprehensive screening of the entire process from emergency start-up, route switching, file transfer to error modification, which further enhanced the inter-sectoral collaborative disposal capacity。
Field operations have shown rapid and operational response to emergencies. When blue light transmissions fail, the file transfer program is activated, with the full time limit of 5-10 minutes; when the red line is broadcast, it takes only 8 minutes to switch to the evs emergency transfer process; and in case of content errors, both parties synchronize the changes, with the revision to be completed as soon as possible within 1 minute. The exercise also facilitated the standardization of passwords and the clarification of pathways at key operational points, which provided the basis for rapid response to emergencies。

On both sides, time is ticking, testing transmission and modification time

Evs emergency transfer process testing
The exercise was not only a test of technical processes but also a deepening of the ability of the two teams to work together. Through visual simulation and co-processing, the cvm team has become more familiar with each other's workflows, operational specifications and emergency liaison mechanisms, enhancing mutual trust and understanding and providing a solid basis for future efficient responses to all types of broadcast risks。
In the future, the two sides will continue to deepen their cooperation by conducting regular, multiform, multi-scene emergency exercises, continuously optimizing processes and grinding teams, and by working together to consolidate the dual guarantee of the safe broadcast of weather forecast。
