At a new national press conference held on 14 january, the general customs administration released data that, in 2025, our intelligent robots were able to reach more than 60 per cent of the speed of export of robots and welding robots abroad。
The deputy director general of customs, wang jun, stated that according to world trade organization reports, global trade in artificial intelligence-related products had increased by about 20 per cent in the first half of the year, contributing more than 40 per cent of global trade growth by one sixth of trade. The trade trends in artificial intelligence-related products in our country were largely synchronized with global trends in 2025, according to the initial calibration of the products reported。
“our intelligent robots not only dance, run marathons, play tai chi boxing, but also are efficiently produced `nouns'.” according to wang jun, the moving robots carry visual systems and algorithms to avoid barriers with intelligence; welding robots can automatically scan modelling and calculate the best welding programmes. Both types of robots are well represented in large-scale projects such as infrastructure and transport overseas, with exports increasing at more than 60 per cent last year. Smart wear devices such as smart watches and smart toys were popular last year in over 170 countries and territories。
