I. Rainfall performance
On 22 august, between 0800 and 1800 hours, the average city-wide rainfall was 273 mm. Rainfall was concentrated mainly in the north, with the largest rainfall being 367 mm in yao city, 364 mm in the sub-surface dawn zone and a minimum of 173 mm in tsang creek city. The river basin is 319 mm, of which 348 mm are in the zhao river basin, 305 mm are in the yao river basin and 220 mm are in the dry stream; 246 mm are in the mountain harbour and the three bays, 617 mm are in the zhao thajiang river and 690 mm are at the maximum station. There are 28 stations with an hour rainfall exceeding 30 mm, mainly in yu yao. There are 178 stations with three hours of rainfall exceeding 50 mm, mainly in yu yao. There are 460 process rainfalls exceeding 100 mm, or 95 per cent of the total, mainly in ninghai county; 292 in over 200 mm, or 61 per cent of the total, and mainly in ninghai county; 121 in over 300 mm, or 25 per cent of the total, mainly in yu yao city; 44 in over 400 mm, or 9 per cent of the total, mainly in yu yao city; 12 in over 500 mm, or 2 per cent of the total, mainly in yu yao city; and 4 in over 600 mm, mainly in yu yao city。
Ii. Information on reservoirs
At 1800 hours, the city's 32 large and medium-sized reservoirs, accounting for 89 per cent of the controlled reservoir, accounted for more than 90 per cent of the controlled reservoirs, and more than 80 per cent of the total of 21, 17 per cent more than in the same period in the calendar year and 9 per cent more than in the previous year, while the city's six large reservoirs accounted for 535 million cubic metres or 94 per cent of the controlled reservoirs, 29 per cent more than in the same period in the same year and 20 per cent more than in the previous year。
There are 32 large and medium reservoirs with 5 reservoirs above the control level, and 46 smaller reservoirs above the control level, with important small reservoirs of 2 or more。
Compared to 0800 hours on 22 december, 32 reservoirs throughout the city accumulated 1. 97 million cubic metres; six large reservoirs increased 13. 54 million cubic metres. The most significant changes in water storage occurred in the weekly public housing reservoir, with a rise of 16. 49 metres and an increase of 3. 324 million cubic metres。
Iii. Information on the river network
At 1800 hours on 25 december, the main riverine level throughout the city was high. The water level of the river is approximately 2. 3 metres and the limit of 0. 28 metres; the water level of the river is approximately 1. 9 metres and the level of the river is 0. 25 metres; the water level of the river is approximately 2. 2 metres and the level of the river is 0. 29 metres; the water level of the river is approximately 2. 4 metres and the level of the river is 0. 06 metres; the water level of the river is approximately 2. 8 metres and the level of the river is more than 0. 28 metres; the water level of the river is approximately 2. 3 metres and the level of the river is 0. 36 metres and the water level of the river is approximately 2. 9 metres and the level of the river is 0. 32 metres; the water level of the river is approximately 3. 4 metres and the level of the river is 0. 77 metres; and the water level of the river is around 3. 0 metres and the level of 0. 39 metres。
There are currently 6 ultra-alerts in the three rivers of the province, of which 3 are guaranteed. Iv. Tide status
Since 22, the town's sea has peaked at 3. 68 metres, with a super-guaranteed temperature of 0. 78 metres and a time of 24 days at 2355 hours; ningbo's peak at 3. 79 metres, with a super-guaranteed height of 0. 79 metres and a time of 25 days at 0030 hours; and the north's peak at 4. 21 metres, with a super-guaranteed height of 0. 81 metres and a time of 25 days at 1315 hours. The highest tides at all three sites exceeded historical extremes。
