The mechanics of the projectile
The nematode projectile machine is used primarily for projectile clean-up of wires, which provides metallic light on the surface of the works, improves their corrosive resistance and optimizes their surface state. It has the following functions: improving the corrosive capacity of metal wires, optimizing the surface state of works, improving clean-up efficiency, reducing the labour intensity of cleaning works and reducing environmental pollution。
Lined disc-type projectiles (accompany with a drawer, calibrate)
Lined disc-type projectiles, using the original imported nozzles, with the front- and back-to-back extraction and calibration equipment, can be used to process multiple processes directly through this device. The equipment consists of 3 sets of primary imported nozzles, fixed slots with a hexagon distribution, good projectiles and efficient handling, and imported chromium alloy steel plates in the workbox, resistant to grinding and long operational life。

The calibration system consists of support frames, calibration devices, power systems, etc。

It consists mainly of guidance packs, seals, wire fixes, etc., to prevent run-off in the course of wire cleaning。
(3) the projectile host:
The projectile host consists of the total form of the projectile, the bullet-circumulation system, etc. Among them, the projectiles use special built-in throwlers, whose leaves are more condensed than ordinary leaves, produce sand faster, and projectiles are turned at 3,000 turns/min or more。
(4) backroom:
It consists mainly of guidance packs, seals, wire fixes, etc., to prevent run-off in the course of wire cleaning。
(5) dust removal systems:
Dust removal systems use the secondary dedustation method of cyclone-plus bag cleaners, which effectively ensures the entry of projectiles into the dedustor and, while safeguarding its effects, increases the useful life of the dedustor。
Motion of work:
The neutron oscillator is cleaned up for continuous, high-efficiency operations, and the wire is drawn by external power, which, after pre-correction of the directr, is brought into the ejection zone in the cleaning chamber. The body is subjected to four inner oscillators in four different directions (reference the map of the oscillator ejection structure) so that the skin oxide, the rust layer and its stains can be removed quickly and the surface of the line is given a slightly rough light surface. The projectile is transported from the recovery spiral to the projectile cycle system. In the course of the clean-up, the drop-off of the pellet dust mixture is assembled through the chamber funnel, the vertical horizontal spiral transmitter, which is then elevated to the upper separators of the machine, and after separation is dropped into the separators' plume for recycling. Dust is generated in the cleaning of the projectiles, which are sent from the windpipe to the dust removal system, and the clean air is released into the atmosphere and particulate dust is seized and collected。
