The story starts from scratch:
In the early 1960s, in the face of the global economic “block”, “problem” and “embargo” imposed on the country by the united states and the two major industrial powers, you had to exchange 1 ton of peanut rice for the 23 mini-axis used on 10 medical devices; you had to replace 2 300 pounds of pig in order to purchase one set of imported scroll bearing. In addition, our country urgently needs micro-axis of various types and varieties to develop its defence and electronics industries. In this context, the shanghai micro-axis plant, which has just been established, and a group of people from the 1960s, with “no technology, no equipment, no talent”, set up “no matter how difficult it is, it is necessary to create micro-axis for the socialist motherland!” and set up the task of producing microaxis. Technical staff were organized to study and teach at the harbin bearing plant, the shanghai rolling bearing plant, the chinese bearing plant, etc。
The harbin bearing plant, one of the 156 projects supported by the soviet union, was completed by the soviet union for all design work and equipment, and the rest by soviet experts for chinese enterprises. A group of soviet experts, engineers and technicians were involved in the project, and a large number of experienced engineers and skilled skilled workers were trained for china. In february 1960, the relations between the two countries were strained by serious differences between the cpc and the soviet union over a number of major issues, such as “war and peace”, “general disarmament”, and the prohibition of nuclear weapons testing”. In july of the same year, the soviet side suddenly decided to call back thousands of experts and consultants in china and tore up a series of agreements, contracts and so on between china and russia, causing huge economic losses to china。
And the micro-axis we're going to study is just a workshop in the harbin bearing factory area (then called the “ten workshops”). In the course of studying at the harbin axe plant, as the ten workshop is an externally confidential department, access to the workshop and study must be accompanied by personal political review information, which is reviewed by the relevant authorities. When studying, it is impossible to record, map or photograph, but it is necessary to leave what is seen in everyone's head and someone sneaks into the toilet to record some data. Upon return, earth equipment such as m16/m52 grinding and swing grinding beds were designed and imitated by memory, digestion, repeated search. At the time, the whole company was so careful how many workers had their heads covered in the workshop, how many technicians had lost their eyes and fallen on the design table; there was no bonus, no pay, a moving red flag, a paper red star, which had given them a great deal of credit... However, these homemade processing devices were processed by hand, with poor precision and inefficiency. The use of fully automated grinding beds and automated production had long been in place abroad, especially since the united states company brandt had been in the lead in the world。
But how could it be imported from the united states when china and the united states had no business? With a view to importing the equipment, the state, through diplomatic commercial negotiations, managed to secretly buy from a german axle factory the microaxis grinding equipment manufactured by the united states of america's brandt company, which then announced that the plant had been shut down by fire. As a result, the united states milling plant is located in los angeles. A comprehensive mapping of a set of small-axis-driven beds in brandt, united states, began shortly, with the participation of engineering technicians from harbin bearings, shanghai microaxis and rainbow hill bearings, under the auspices of the state establishment. So, after months of careful mapping, the mapping of four us “brant” automatic grinding beds (holes, frank, gutters, ditches) was finally completed on the eve of manguk, each of which returned to its unit with a thick set of blueprints. High-level engineering technicians, led by chief engineer shubo moo, began to develop four machines under wind waves and pressure: sm6001 (underground), sm6002 (frand), sm603 (inline), sm604 (outground)。
In that era of revolution and production, one of the bearing plants was able to build itself a mill that was so complex and technically demanding? For example, the equipment, process and precision of mechanical processes in the country at the time, together with the lack of spare parts, accessories and meta-ware in the country, are no substitute for many mini-engineers, intermediate relays, etc., that are transmitted even on the machine bed, and are less likely to be imported ... All of this poses difficulties for development, but these technical difficulties are overwhelming with the first generation of engineering technicians, represented by shen zhilang and pao wenhua, who are leading our younger generation into digestion and absorption。
In the process of development, the greatest difficulty is that we are not afraid of the extreme left-wing twilight that has come to the fore, which is called the “slave philosophy”, the “sweet-out”, the “automated grinding bed useless theory”, the “strangling of workers' mini-grees”... Some of the unnecessary charges are on our heads, and the newspapers, the critics, and even our masters and others have been put on the stage, and there is a big debate about the “automated grinding bed useless theory” and the “automated grinding bed almighty theory”! It sounds a little funny now! But this is history, and this is reality
History is the best witness to this, because in those years there were a group of hard-working engineers and workers who developed the micro-spirited spirit of “self-reliance, hard work” and who, in the face of repeated failures, persisted in their struggle to replace the problem of welding based on the preservation of the key core parts of the “ocean grinding beds”, using hydraulic thrusts to replace electrical transmission, and in order to ensure the stability of hydraulic pressure, together with the shanghai hypothetical pressure plant, tianjin rubber institute, etc., and in the light of the fact that hundreds of intermediate electrical appliances in the country had not yet been produced, were developed together with the shanghai relay plant; the intensive steel assembly process of grinding their heads was tested many times, and the problem of welding was solved. However, during the debugging process, and particularly during the trimmed sm6003, which was subjected to numerous tests and adjustments, several micrometers and other precisions did not meet the requirements. During this period, we built on this grinding bed and went to the luoyang bearings institute and developed an automatic grinding bed for sm73 (simplified part of the mechanical structure and part of electrical control into a matrix switch circuit)。
Through continuous search and improvement, key technologies were finally broken, and the indicators for the processing of sm6003 and sm73 fully self-contained inner-circle boreholes (samples) were met and production was gradually increased。
Subsequently, more than a dozen large-scale investments were made on their own equipment manufacturing capacity, providing efficient, high-quality automation equipment for the expansion of the plant's export earnings that year, responding to the large export demand of the then sw microaxis and generating considerable foreign exchange for the country。
By the 1980s, the “sw” micro-axis had been sold out in the countries of europe and the united states, and the surge in export volumes had to increase the manufacture of automatic mills. After all, the upper mills were not a machine-bed factory, there was only one power plant for equipment, and it was difficult to afford to produce dozens of such specialized mills each year. In 84, improved and modified sets of drawings were transferred free of charge to tinless machine-bed plants, coordinated by superiors. At the same time, they created the first series of 10 mini-axis-carrying automatic mills for our micro-plant, which we selflessly helped in the process. Since then, the country's mini-axis ' main processing mill has expanded in this direction, creating dedicated mills with 3mz20, 3mz14 and 3mz13 series of tinless mills, which have flourished all over the country, and it is proud to say that we have made an indelible contribution to the development of china's micro-axis
