In terms of strengthening the country's major science and technology tasks, science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (smes), insurance coverage in priority areas, and services, investment in insurance funds and safeguards, 20 policy initiatives were proposed to accelerate the development of science and technology insurance mechanisms that are compatible with science, technology and innovation。
The proposal will make it possible to effectively use the role of science and technology insurance as a shock and stabilizer to support innovation, to effectively address the inadequacy of the real demand for science and technology insurance development and innovation, and to comprehensively upgrade the capabilities and levels of science and technology self-reliance and technological power-building。
