I. Recruitment process

The ministry of the organization of the provincial council, the provincial office of human resources and social security are responsible for approving recruitment plans, issuing job announcements, organizing a unified written examination, supervising supervision, etc. The provincial authorities and their recruitment units are responsible for the registration and qualification, organization of professional tests and medical examinations, study visits, identification of persons to be recruited, as well as publicity, recruitment procedures and contracting。

Conditions for recruitment

(iii) persons found to have committed serious disciplinary offences in public recruitment examinations at all levels of the civil service and in the public recruitment examinations at the enterprise level who are still subject to the test ban;
(iv) persons who have been convicted of a criminal offence, persons who have been expelled from the communist party of china, persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion, and persons who have been subjected to disciplinary action by the party or are under disciplinary review;
(v) official staff of institutions and offices that have remained within the minimum period of service, in accordance with national and provincial regulations
(vi) the laws and regulations stipulate that persons may not take part in the examination or be employed as employees of the enterprise。
The person to be recruited shall not be eligible for appointment to a post that constitutes a position in the circumstances listed in article 6 of the personnel management qualifications regulations for the establishment。
Registration and eligibility
Registration is done on-line. The registration website is the anhui personnel examination network. The registration period is from 9 a. M. To 18:00 p. M. On 2 february 2026, and is no longer due。
(i) job examination. Those who have passed the qualification are required to enter the anna personnel examination network by 1800 hours on 10 february to pay the required fees for the written examination, and those who have not paid their dues are deemed to have given up automatically. Review of eligibility

Professional testing
Professional tests can be conducted through professional written examinations, structured interviews, panel discussions without leadership, trials, defence, scenario simulations, skills operations, etc., and primarily examine the combined qualities, expertise, professional (business) competencies, managerial competencies, practical skills and potential of candidates. The overall score for professional tests is calculated at 100 points。
Professional testing is the responsibility of the provincial authorities and their recruitment units.
