In order to follow up on the 20 fundamentals of the party and implement the fundamental tasks of the lyde people, the level of education for primary and secondary school teachers and teachers of thought and politics is constantly being raised, in accordance with the circular of the office of the ministry of education on the organization of the exchange of basic and basic teaching and teaching activities for teachers of the second national primary and secondary school class (by letter (2023) no. 6) requests that, following a study, it be decided to organize an exchange of basic teaching and teaching work by teachers of the second primary and secondary schools of fujian province. The following information is provided。
Purpose of the activity
Through the organization of an exchange of basic work for primary and secondary school directors and basic work for political thinkers, the presentation of the combined quality, professionalism and parenting skills of the new age class directors and teachers in political thinking has led to the further strengthening of the class directors and teachers in political thinking at the local level, the deepening of the innovation of political thinking reform in primary and secondary schools and the continuous improvement of the overall level of moral work in primary and secondary schools。
Ii. Content of activities
(i) presentation of the basic work of the class director
The basic work of the headmaster shows that the participants have been working for the general primary and secondary school for five years and more as in-service school directors. The active participation of provincial (excellent) class directors, teachers who have received basic credit from provincial and municipal class directors is encouraged. The presentation included a story of the children, a strategy for bringing them to school and a three-part course。
1. The story of the child
In the light of new developments in the development of students in the new period, the story of the nursery in the work of the head of the class is presented as an entry point for professional development, values education, class management, teacher-student communication, social synergy in the school family, mental health education, etc., to highlight the personality and education of the head of the class。
(1) the text of the story of the child: the subject matter is clear, complete, well-articulated, focused, well-structured and emotional, written in the first person's name, which inspires hearts, resonates, 2,000 words or so。
(2) videos of the story of the child: the video corresponds to the subject of the text and is fluent in the form of a storytelling by the first person for 5-10 minutes。
2. Strategy for birth attendance
With a focus on moral and intellectual education of students, the goal of procreation is achieved through group-building of classes, which streamlines and summarizes the concepts, ideas and practices of procreation in the course of attendance by the headmaster, so as to be systematic, distinctive, innovative and effective。
(1) texts of the policy on family planning, including the analysis of the curriculum, the concept of parenting, the development goals of classes, practices, characteristics and effectiveness. The curriculum is well analysed, the concept follows student growth patterns, the objectives are reasonable, the practice is systematic and targeted, the features are high and operational, and about 5,000 words。
(ii) a video of the family strategy: based on the text, with the first person's name showing the work of the child in the class, the sound and video material being used in a rational manner, highlighting the nature of the child in the construction of the class for a period of 5 to 10 minutes。
3. Thematic sessions
In combination with the special features of the school year, the subject is to learn to implement the party's 20 spirit, to deepen the teaching of patriotism, collectivism, socialism and socialism, to educate the party's patriotism, chinese socialism and china's dream, national and situational policies, and chinese traditional culture of excellence, and to guide students to actively practice the core values of socialism and to develop good moral and behavioural habits。
(1) design text for the course: it includes topics, background analysis, objectives, preparation of the course, course process, post-session outreach activities, reflections of the course, etc. (see annex 1). It requires clear themes (formulation of topics), well-targeted, well-prepared, subject-oriented, innovative and diverse, with emphasis on student experience and participation. 5,000 words or so。
(ii) videos of the course: a full section of the course is recorded, the classroom landscape is switched to the speaking series, which does not exceed 40 minutes in primary school and 45 minutes in upper secondary school。
(ii) presentation of the basic teaching work of teachers of thought and politics
In conjunction with the results of the selection of students for political studies in primary and secondary schools, teachers for political studies in primary and secondary schools are selected on the basis of merit and are supplemented by three parts of the module's overall teaching design, classroom recordings, and a review of current political experiences, and are recommended for participation in the national exhibition exchange (participating teachers are notified further)。
Organizational arrangements
Since 2023, an exchange of basic teaching and teaching skills for teachers in primary and secondary schools throughout the province has been held every two years. The arrangements for 2023 are as follows。
Phase i, operational deployment. In may, municipalities in the districts organized an exchange of basic performance presentations and selected recommended teachers based on the content of the events and in conjunction with local realities. In each municipality, there are no more than six candidates, two of whom are in primary, lower secondary and upper secondary schools. The pyramid comprehensive experiment zone offers two basic performance presentations for class directors (which are open-ended) and one each for provincial primary and secondary schools。
Phase ii, municipal recommendations. In june, the district-based municipal education directorates (the social services bureau of the pyramid pilot district, together with the social services bureau) were requested to select recommended teachers to participate in the provincial demonstration activities. By 30 june, a paper version of the recommended material (with a stamp) and an electronic version of the material will be sent to the fujian institute of education (which will be sent directly to provincial primary and secondary schools) in the form of a regional education bureau。
Phase iii, expert review. By 31 july, the department of provincial education will have organized a review of local reports by specialists in the field of basic education and will have selected recommended teachers to participate in the national exhibition of basic merit. After the results of the selection were made public, the recommended material was uploaded to the national smart education platform by 31 august。
Phase four, display communication. The ministry of education will publish a list of typical experiences of communication activities, disseminate widely through the media the best experiences of in-depth coverage of basic work activities, and organize, in due course, a summary of the activities。
Iv. Requests for work
(i) high priority. In order to follow up on the party's 20 initiatives, this event will be organized as an important step towards strengthening the new age of school thinking and politics, deepening school ethics, improving the school's system of ideological and political work, strengthening its deployment, strengthening organizational safeguards and ensuring its effectiveness。
(ii) careful organization. Activities are to be developed at the local level to implement programmes, to identify time lines and responsible persons, to fully assume the operational guidance role of the teaching and research sector, to actively engage schools and teachers, and to create a good situation for local level organizations and for teachers to participate。
(iii) strict clearance. It is necessary to improve the standards and procedures recommended for communication activities, to tighten political barriers, to focus on professionalism, to uphold the public interest and to prevent any institution or individual from taking the opportunity to engage in commercial activities. Participation in the demonstration of teachers ' qualifications and the authenticity of materials is verified by the municipal education administration in the districts. All materials submitted by teachers must be of their own origin, must not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. For all submissions, the teacher is deemed to have agreed to a presentation exchange。
(iv) advocacy and outreach. The ministry of education will select some of the best experiences to be presented through the china educational television and the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools. It is necessary to use a combination of print, radio, television and web-based media to increase outreach through innovative and basic job presentations。
