This newspaper (journalist zhang yu) recently produced the results of the second national intellectual property inspection doctrine and practical essay campaign organized by the office of the public prosecutor of the supreme people's procuratorate, in collaboration with the chinese public prosecutor's office, on the theme “investing in a rule-of-law business environment, serving high-level science and self-reliance”. Eight articles, such as the study on the protection of criminal law in the context of commercial data in the context of the revision of the anti-improper competition law, were evaluated as excellent papers. At the same time, seven provincial prosecution offices, namely beijing, shanghai, zhejiang, shandong, henan, shaanxi and ningxia, were awarded excellent organizational units。
