Launched in 1976, shanxi youth (fifteen months) is an official provincial periodical published with the approval of the national press and publications agency. The shanxi youth magazine is headed by the shanxi provincial board of the young communist league, and the shanxi youth press sponsored the shanxi core journal. It has received strong support from a number of institutions, including the shanxi provincial council and shanxi university. It is one of the early and far-reaching publications in the country。

Communications requirements
1. The right to make technical and editorial changes to the text is granted to the magazine with 2,500 words on one page and about 5,000 words on two editions。
