As internet technology continues to evolve, online service platforms have become an important tool in people's daily lives. This paper will describe how to develop and build a small maintenance program source code to provide efficient and easy online maintenance services。
I. Needs analysis
Before creating maintenance programs, we need to analyse user needs. Through market research and user interviews, we learned that user demand for maintenance services includes, inter alia, the following:
Rapid location failure: users want to be able to quickly locate the cause of the failure through a small program for maintenance purposes。

Ii. Development process
1. Design of the ui interface: based on the results of the needs analysis, a simple and user-exposed ui interface was designed。

4. Diagnosis of malfunctions: use of artificial intelligence technology to achieve fault diagnosis and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of trouble-positioning。
5. Online payments: docking third-party payment platforms to achieve online payment functionality for users。
