My name is liang hae-soo. I'm from tsai tsai village in yongfu county. I have been involved in a number of industry areas, including citrus cultivation, plant operation and corporate management, and have accumulated some funds in the process. However, i did not expect myself to choose to focus on four seasons of tea plant cultivation。
In 2018, i was exposed to four seasons of tea flowers by chance at the introduction of a friend. The four-season tea pots, which bloom against seasons, have the advantages of long seasons, heat tolerance and adaptability, and are of great value to the market. My brother has expressed great interest in the prospect of a four-season tea plant and has invited me to invest in its management。
In june 2019, together with my brother, i leased a 50-acre land on the hillside in jiangji village, 100-year-old town. We then organized a series of work on land levelling, plant construction and the purchase of trees. At that time, with enthusiasm and determination, a busy and orderly picture emerged on the slopes. Since then, my brother and i have officially embarked on a four-season tea plant。
As cultivation deepens, we encounter many difficulties and challenges. Since i had not previously been involved in this area, i had to begin from scratch by learning the techniques of planting four seasons of tea and flowers, including daily work such as cutting, fertilizer, irrigation, pest control and weeding. 365 days a year, i spend almost every day in the garden。
In september 2021, the four-season tea pots that we have ploughed bloomed as planned, and their colours spread all over the hill slopes, attracted a large number of passing visitors to visit and take photographs of them. At this point, i am deeply convinced that all hard work has been translated into deep joy and pride。
However, it is not long. As a result of the epidemic, the market for four seasons of tea plant was hit. Although we have succeeded in attracting the attention of off-site owners and obtaining orders worth $500,000, we have managed to achieve only $100,000 in sales due to poor market conditions。
The fact that the remaining four seasons of the tea pots are piled up in the garden with little customer support has caused me great anxiety and frustration. Faced with the business difficulties, my brother decided to move, leaving me alone on this hillside。
During that period, i faced financial difficulties, as well as problems in my health, which unfortunately fell ill. Even more unfortunate, in the course of my labour, i fell accidentally in the garden, leading to dislocated right hands. This sequence of events has caused me great distress and inconvenience。
"you'd better change your mind. It's easier to do better than that." in this context, my family has repeatedly advised me to give up。
Keep doing it or change of business? I have invested so much in this mountain that i am sorry and displeased to give up. I have chosen to stay on this hillside and continue to explore the techniques of planting four seasons of tea pots。
As a result, i found family members and relatives who borrowed money, borrowed money from banks, and finally put $3. 4 million into four seasons of tea potting。
As a result of continuous research and practice, i have accumulated a wealth of experience in growing crops. As the market for four seasons of tea potting warms, during the winter of 2023 to spring 2024, my four seasons of tea potting products were sold across the country for over $400,000.
