“life is limited
But..
The service to the people is unlimited.”

Today is march 5th
I'm going to learn how to do that
We all have a heart for help, but goodwill requires a professional escort. Blinding can help. Scientific first aid can really protect life. And let every good thing go undefeated and every help is safe and effective -- that's the tenderness that is most responsible for life。

So..
On this special day
Learn these first aid skills together
And you can be the "live thunder" in other people's lives
Aed
Aed, an automatic external defibrillator. It is a tool that automatically monitors the heart rate and restores the heartbeat from abnormality to normal first aid through rapid electric shocks. If aed is immediately available, priority is given to aed and cpr. The joint use of aed in conjunction with cpr increases the success rate of cardiac arrest。

In february 2025, the windows of mr. Yen's car in guangdong county were smashed and the money was all over, and only aed was taken. Mr. Yip then saw more than 10 phone calls and received two messages, which read as follows:

Cpr
Cardiac pulmonary resuscitation (cpr) is the main means of saving people with cardiac arrest, and should be performed immediately after a sudden fall, when a person is judged to be non-respiratory and unconscious, to capture “gold” for six minutes, the more timely the rescue, the higher the success rate。
1. Determination of patients ' consciousness and breathing
The judgmental spirit: heavy shouting (shocking on the shoulders, shouting in the ears). If no response is received, call 120 at once。
Breathing: undressing the collar, handing over the sword, feeling no bulge. If you are not breathing, press the outside chest immediately。
2. Out of chest pressure
(a) by pressure: in the chest of the patient, in the lower part of the chest (minor point of the two breast links)
(a) by pressure: overlap of hands, ten-twixt, vertical pressure
Pressure depth: 5 ~ 6 cm
Press frequency: 100 to 120 times per minute; be aware that each pressure must be followed by a full chest echo。
The heart outside the chest is circulated by pressure and artificial respiration at a rate of 30:2 until the patient is conscious, breathing or 120 medical personnel arrive at the scene。
3. Artificial respiration
(a) put one hand on the patient's forehead, press down, and the other on the patient's jaw, lift it up and open the airway
(b) open airways while tightening the patient's nose, wrapping the patient's mouth in the mouth and blowing the gas in quickly
At least one second of each blowout, the patient's chest is seen to have a slight ups and downs
Blow twice。
In may 2025, a student from shandong, kang zhao peng and his classmates took a road trip to the examination point, where they were in shock. Kang zhao peng continued to perform first aid measures such as cpr, artificial respiration and a “textbook”-style life and death rescue。
The tourniquet
:: ring dressing: applicable to wrists, ankles and foreheads. This is done by fully or mostly overlapping each circle, rounding several circles and fixing the end of the bandage when the bandage is completed。

• spiral bandages: used mostly for coarse and small differences in limbs, large and long cuts, such as upper arms, torso, etc. This is done by fixing the initial end with a circular wrap, entanglementing the bandages slowly on or down, per circle at one half or one third of the front circle, in a spiral, and fixing the end of the bandage when the bandages are completed。

• spiral reverse folding: used mostly for large and thin limb bindings. This is done by collating two circles, then helixing, until he/she gets to the point where he/she presses the bandage, with one thumb, and with the other hand, the bandage is folded from that point, and the reverse head is not suitable for the wound and bone。

• “8” word-packing: this method is used mostly at the elbow, knee, wrist and ankle joints. This is done by entanglementing from the centre to both sides, one circle upwards and one circle downwards, with an “8” font to wrap。

• return dressing: for head, limb, etc. In the case of head bandages, for example, the method is to start with the upper right ear, to wrap the bandage around the back of the right ear, and then reverse the bandage, with a left-hand index finger, to hold the bandage in the middle of the head and under the corset outside the pillow, with the injured person or his assistant holding the spot, and return on both sides of the middle bandage, one half of each time, until the bag is covered in the head and then circled around two circles。

• delta towel dressing: applies to any part of the human body and its most widely used. In case of exigency, materials may also be taken in situ and replaced with towels, clothing, etc., or in lieu of triangles。
On 8 september 2025, when a woman fell and was injured in a car accident in the city of hao, jiangxi province, zhang wenjun, a passing university student, used the emergency training skills he had learned to provide emergency treatment。
