To maintain the minimum quality of strawberries, he has always adhered to the concept of green and non-hazardous cultivation, applied farm fats throughout the process, insisted on artificial weeding, artificial insect catch, introduced natural bee pollination techniques, complemented by precision management such as precision temperature control, scientific ventilation, etc., and planted strawberry fruit with fine meat and sweet tastes, and accumulated large numbers of stable returning visitors。
“after seven years of mapping and practice, the zhualand strawberry garden has developed mature planting experiences. House soil disinfection is initiated in july of each year, strawberries are planted in late july and in august, each of which is carefully controlled. I am now in charge of five large huts to cultivate four strawberry varieties, of which the zoos matured as early as december and are now on the market; and the zhu xingmin, who will be large enough to grow at the end of this month, will be able to pick them openly。
Small strawberries, which are the “favourable fruit” of the poaching buds, raise the “rich fruit” of the villagers. The village of zhu jiapo, with its natural endowment of climate and fertile soil, and its geographical advantage in the vicinity of urban areas, has been able to consolidate resources through land-flowing, with strong support from the town party committee and the government, to build 126 solar greenhouses and vegetable sheds, gradually building a sui generis system dominated by strawberries and co-development of melons and vegetables。
The strawberry industry not only stabilizes the earnings of the zhu xing people at around $300,000 a year, but also leads local villagers to “employment at the door” and expands the channels for popular growth. “a maximum of 20 people may be employed by the strawberry gardener during busy hours, all of them from their villages.
