1. Cooperation between chinese drug breeders or growers on chinese drug base
To ensure the high quality of the medicine base at the municipal agricultural institute, the planned greenhouse block (14. 4 acres) on the south-west side of ping state, the institute of agricultural science of yongzhou city, is now inactive as a result of a change in the construction plan, and is intended to be used as a seeding base for chinese medicine。
It is proposed that research and related demonstration, extension and so forth should be carried out in partnership with enterprises or cooperatives that openly recruit high-quality chinese medicine to grow。
The basic requirements of the cooperating entities are as follows:
(1) have legal personality, no civil dispute, no liability
(ii) the existence of a plant-breeding or a standardized planting base for chinese medicine for more than three years。
(3) have more than one professional technical staff and have permanent presence in the premises for day-to-day management of seedlings。
(4) improved range extension capacity is available, with priority given to successful cases of promotion of local medicines。
Ii. Cooperation in the construction of fruit bases
1. Demonstration bases for grape varieties:
Cooperation time: 10 years; area of cooperation: 80 acres, depending on actual development; income from technology conversion: an amount of $40,000 (80 acres) is transferred to the institute each year, which is based on the actual development area。
Specific requests:
(1) have the capacity to build infrastructure and security and are familiar with diversity management。
(2) conduct demonstration of high-quality grape ceremonial efficiency techniques: demonstration of high-yield high-quality results, application of fertilizers, etc., research and integrated demonstration of cultivation techniques such as green pest control。
(3) other specific matters are subject to agreement。
Specialized citrus seedlings
Cooperation time: 10 years; area of cooperation: 60 acres; income from conversion of technological results: 1st year and 2nd year, income from conversion of technological results, non-participatory share, which started in the third year at 30,000 yuan per year。
Specific requests:
(1) has the capacity to build infrastructure to provide security and is familiar with the selection and management of citrus varieties。
(2) demonstration of efficiency-enhancing techniques for high-quality grapes: 55 acres of special citrus seedlings, 5 acres of seeding results and demonstration of plant-based seedlings。
(3) other specific matters are subject to agreement。
General requirements
1. Have an independent legal personality, have a valid business licence and operate within the scope of the licence, including agricultural cultivation, crop cultivation or related agricultural services。
2. Independently assume the elements and responsibilities associated with the construction of the base, the procurement of production materials and the recruitment of personnel。
No major violations have been recorded in the last three years (written undertaking required)。
