The relevant notifications are as follows:
I. Scope of collection
National and international institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes, legal services, intellectual property services, enterprises, trade associations and related departments are professionals in foreign intellectual property law, representation, litigation, arbitration, trade investigations, risk warning, policy research, etc。
Ii. Conditions of experts
1. Politically well-qualified, ethically committed, conscientiously and impartially, and voluntarily engaged in guidance in dealing with foreign intellectual property disputes。
Expertise in international intellectual property rules, major trading countries/regional intellectual property law regimes, with over five years of practical experience in foreign intellectual property-related matters。
3. Persons with practical experience in overseas ipr layouts, dispute management, exhibition advocacy, customs enforcement, and 337 investigations have been given priority for successful handling of typical foreign ipr disputes。
4. A strong professional analytical and advisory capacity with at least one foreign language proficiency。
5. Physical health ensures participation in relevant working hours such as guidance, counselling, training, etc。
Main responsibilities
1. Provision of foreign-related intellectual property law advice, dispute response strategy advice, case studies and rights advocacy guidance to enterprises in the cities of hope and hott。
2. Participation in foreign intellectual property risk warning, policy research, case-studies, training presentations, etc。
3. Provision of professional advice on the development of mechanisms for the protection of foreign intellectual property rights in the city of hope and hott, and on the overseas layout of priority industries。
Undertakes other work on foreign-related intellectual property commissioned by the centre for intellectual property protection of the city of hote。
