Following a qualification, the following candidates (see annex 1 for the list) may take the written examination for the public recruitment of their final graduates at the information centre of the ministry of civil affairs and the documentary centre in 2020。
Ph. D. Students do not take written examinations, and once their qualifications have been approved, they enter the interview session (see annex 2 for the list) at a later date and manner。
Iv. Content of written examinations
The written examination examines candidates ' ideological and political literacy, level of expertise, comprehensive analytical capacity, capacity to present and solve problems and ability to express words. No outline or teaching materials are specified。
VExaminationsProcess

1. On the morning of 26 may, candidates are required to enter the examination environment 30 minutes (9. 30 minutes) in advance and to cooperate with staff in the identification of the relevant documents. After entering the examination environment, candidates are not allowed to leave。
On the morning of 26 may, at 9. 55 a. M., the “online examination system of the ministry of civil affairs” was officially launched。
After landing on the examination system, the time is measured by clicking on “starting the examination”. After the responses are completed, the papers are submitted by clicking on “submit the papers”. Please note that no changes may be made after the paper has been submitted。
4. The examination is completed after the time has elapsed。
Vi. Organization of interviews
Upon completion of the written examination, the candidates for the interview are, in principle, selected according to the ratio of 1:5 proposed for each post. In the event that the candidate abandons his or her interview, the written examination shall be supplemented in the order in which the examination results were given, or may not be completed。
Vii. Notes
1. Candidates are required to maintain communication, comply with the requirements of the online written examination and participate in pre-test contacts on time, and those who do not comply are deemed to have waived their eligibility for admission。
2. Candidates are required to prepare their identity cards, the original student's certificate and an electronic photograph of the above。
3. Candidates are required to take examinations using desktop or laptop computers equipped with equipment such as cameras, soundboxes, etc., and to maintain a good level of network communication. In the case of laptops, sufficient electricity is required. It is recommended that the online examination system be accessed using the chrome browser。
4. Candidates are required to select independent, closed and non-intrusive rooms as examination venues to ensure that light is appropriate and does not reverse light. No other person may be present in the visual range, otherwise considered to be fraudulent。
5. In the course of the examination, candidates are required to be present at the camera throughout the course of the examination, to remain seated, to have their faces and upper parts clearly visible in the picture, and the system will automatically monitor the entire course. The camera may not be reversed, concealed, closed, protected from face, ears, hats, sunglasses, headphones, etc., or removed from the range of the camera, or otherwise treated as fraudulent。
6. If five minutes (9:55) prior to the opening of the examination are not in the examination environment, it is deemed to be a waiver of eligibility for the examination; the examination will not be submitted until 30 minutes after the opening of the examination. In the course of the examination, the number of times the examination page was dropped cannot exceed five, and the examination was automatically closed for those who exceeded five。
7. Candidates are required to adhere strictly to examination-related discipline and take written examinations in good faith, which are considered fraudulent by others or on their behalf。
Other departments of the ministry of civil affairs shall be notified of the arrangements for the examination of graduates。
