V. Recruitment posts and specific requirements

Recruitment process
(i) registration
1. Time: 17 march 2026 to 31 march 2026。
Each person is limited to one post and enrols in the system. If you have not obtained a degree certificate, you can upload the ministry of education’s online certificate or school certificate。
Candidates who have close family and main social relations with the chinese registry offices and their affiliations shall report on their own initiative. Candidates are required to sign statements of commitment of good faith (annex), upload them to the registration system at the time of registration, undertake to provide the true and accurate information and assume responsibility for false undertakings。
(ii) eligibility
Qualifications are carried out in accordance with recruitment conditions and job requirements. All applicants are treated equally in accordance with the principles of objectivity, impartiality and timeliness. The written examination is conducted through the qualification. If the ratio of qualified candidates to candidates for the same post is 3:1 for the same post, and does not reach that rate, the number of candidates for the post will be reduced before the written examination to ensure that the rate is reached, until the recruitment plan for the post is abolished. The job offer is cancelled, and the candidate for the post may be reassigned to another post that meets the eligibility criteria. (iii) examinations and missions
1. Written examinations: carried out in closed paper form, with the written test results measured in percentages and the written examination of the basic knowledge and competencies of the job applicant. The written examination took place in beijing and the exact time, place and related matters were notified。
2. Interviews: interview participants are identified on a scale of 5:1 according to the order in which the candidates for the post have completed their written examination. Interview results are calculated on a percentage basis, and interview candidates, interview times, locations and related matters will be published (or announced on a further basis) at the china registry network. If the candidate relinquishes his or her qualifications for the interview, he or she is replaced in the order in which the written examination results are high to low。
3. Medical examination: medical examiners in each position are identified on a 1:1 basis, based on a combination of written examination and interview results (50 per cent for written examination and interview). Medical examinations are organized by the recruitment unit in a uniform manner, and are carried out by reference to the general criteria for admission to medical examinations for civil servants, etc., the costs of which are borne by the recruitment unit. 4. Examinations: in accordance with the order in which the total number of qualified medical examiners is to be determined, each post is to be selected on a scale of 1:1. 6. Recruitment: if, after the expiration of the period of publicity, there are no problems or questions that do not affect the hiring process, the recruitment process is conducted as required, with the consent of the department concerned; no employment is carried out where the problem affecting the recruitment is reflected and verified; if the problem is difficult to ascertain at the time, the appointment is suspended pending its resolution。
New recruits are required to have a probationary period in which they will be formally recruited after the completion of their probationary period; they will not be eligible and they will be cancelled。
