The first phase is planned to dismantle three old earth walls on the northern side of the park, transform them into new smart sheds with warmth and remove more than 5,000 square metres of old sheds, remove more than 10,000 dragon nuts and support racks, replace more than 4,000 cubic metres of soil with more than 4,000 cubic metres of soil, build and equip more than 8,000 square metres of complexes, and plant new tropical crops such as 8,000 and 500 four seasons of mango。
Taking into account the considerable economic benefits of flamingo cultivation, the village encouraged and mobilized the villagers to grow the flamingo in large areas.
