We know that as long as it is related to the installation of equipment, it is not a finished product until it is installed, it is a semi-finished product, as is the case for gas heaters, which can be successfully installed only after a number of installation steps have been taken and attention has been paid to some installation, and we will now share with you the requirements for the installation of gas heater pipes。
Gas heater pipe installation
1. Pipes shall be installed using randomly equipped stainless steel pipes and bends。
2. When the pipe needs to be longer, priority shall be given to stainless steel or other corrosive, high-temperature and non-flammable metal pipe. When no such pipe is available, a high-quality aluminum pipe may be used to increase its length, but the bend that is directly connected to the machine's smoke vent must be based on a randomly equipped bend and the use of aluminum pipe should not be allowed to be directly connected to the machine's smoke vent。
3. The outdoor parts of the pipe shall use randomly equipped stainless steel pipes, which shall not be allowed to reach out directly。
The pipe should be at a distance of more than 50 mm from the uninsulated ceiling。
5. The pipe connection shall be sealed with aluminum tape and shall be sealed in such a way as to prevent leakage。
6. The glass openings and wall holes outside the pipe shall be sealed and the pipe outside shall be tilted downwards by 3 to 5°, and the gap between the pipe and the glass or wall shall be sealed so as to prevent rain from pouring down and exhausting. Service personnel will be installed as required, otherwise headquarters will conduct an irregular examination of the site and will deal with such measures as the shutdown of the site for serious violations and the freezing of fees。
A randomly fitted stainless steel bends; a randomly fitted stainless steel pipe is used to reach the outside of the wall through the tail pipe; a long section of the aluminium pipe is used; the connection is sealed with aluminium aluminum tape; the distance between the pipe and the roof is greater than 50 mm。
