In july 2023, i published the jiangxi province three-year plan of action for the promotion of quality development of the oil and tea industry (2023-2025), launched three initiatives for the development of enhanced oil and tea resources, the upgrading of the industrial transformation and the development of the tea and oil market, and issued a companion document with $6. 4 billion in financial resources to support 11 priority projects in seven major categories of the oil and tea sector, as well as to subsidize the new production and rehabilitation of forest and forestry tea。

In 2023, i set up a special project for oil and tea research, implemented the science and technology specialists for rural renewal (the oil and tea industry) project, arranged $10 million for scientific research on technological bottlenecks such as high-yield oil and tea production, precision processing and mechanization, promoted industrial transformation and enhanced the combined capacity of the oil and tea industry; and held policy statements and project launches in beijing and shanghai, contracted 11 projects for oil and tea and actually contributed $560 million。
At the same time, i have set up a high starting point to boost the market for tea and oil and to expand online sales: in 2023, the electricity company statistics show that the mainstream tea oil producers throughout the province sold $172 million, an increase of 7. 6 per cent; 11 tea oil products from five companies have now entered the higher end, actively matching high-end and high-end catering enterprises.
