Cigarettes and drugs are two long-standing products that harm humanity, but there is a difference in attitude between them, one that can be legally sold and the other that is prohibited by law and by law

It is also a misunderstanding, in the general view, that cigarettes are no less devastating to the human body than drugs, but that they can be sold and consumed in public. At present, the attitude of the governments of the country and most countries and regions towards cigarettes is not promoted (no smoking in public places), it is not publicized (no advertising tobacco) and it is labeled as harmful to health (smoking cigarettes must be marked on cigarette boxes). However, cigarette exposure is quite good compared to the explicit prohibition of drugs。

We know that cigarettes do not actually hurt humans so much, and that they also affect and endanger the health of others, but why are the two treated so clearly? Before answering this question, we need to understand the harmful differences between the two in order to understand why governments treat each other separately。
Compared to the harm caused by drugs, cigarettes have much in common, but under common ground they are different. A comparison of the two can be seen in several ways。
1. Both addictive cigarettes are addictive as drugs. More dopamine is released for addiction purposes through incentives to the central nervous system. Nicotine is the main active ingredient in cigarettes that stimulates and is addictive. 0. 5 milligrams of nicotine are addictive, and nicotine enters the body and stimulates a sense of excitement in the lower optic nervous system, commonly referred to as “frightful”, as long-term irritation and stimulation, such as stopping nicotine from inhalation, causes mental discomfort, weakness, weakness in the body, and even haze and tears。

Drugs reduce and inhibit the genus of morphine that sustains normal physical activity of the human body, and when the human body adapts to the external thorphine type of substance that sustains physical activity, its own genre of morphine will eventually cease completely. Once the supply of this morphine substance has ceased, the physical activity of the human person is disrupted, and symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, reduced memory, depression, disillusionment, hallucinations, delusions, suspicion, emotional agitation, personality change, and even violent tendencies and violence can be removed only if morphine is supplied from the outside。

It can be seen from addiction that cigarettes, although they all have this effect, differ markedly from the symptoms of addiction, which are simply an inflexibility to their mental state and body, while drugs are the result of delusions, delusions, suspicions, personality changes, violent tendencies and violent behaviour that are clearly psychotic or violent. The answer is clear。
2. Both are very harmful to human health, but the timing of the harm and the body organs are clearly different. Cigarettes are a chronic injury process to the human body, with nicotine as the main component of the harm to the human body. Nicotine from one cigarette is 6-8 milligrams, sufficient to poison a mouse, and nicotine from 20 cigarettes can poison a cow. The lethal dose of nicotine is 50-75 mg, and can be reached by a person smoking 20 to 25 cigarettes a day. At the time of smoking, however, about 25 per cent of nicotine is destroyed by burning, 50 per cent of the remaining 5 per cent of the smoke is spread into space, and only 20 per cent of the nicotine is actually absorbed by the human body, so one box of cigarettes a day is not poisoned。

The harm that drugs do to humans is a short-term, direct and rapid process of harm, which mainly destroys the human immune system and the central nervous system. In-depth drug addicts mostly have multiple entanglements, such as lung infections, urinary infections, high fever, myocardia, acute heart failure, viral hepatitis, syphilis, severe skin infections, hypertension, diabetes, kidney stones, cholesterol, etc. When the central nervous system of the human body is damaged by drugs, symptoms of hallucinations, delusions, irritation, personality change, suspicion, violent tendencies, etc。

In the same way, the harm caused by cigarettes to the human body is a chronic process, and although the damage to the body organ is equally significant, it does not have a significant mental impact. Drugs not only cause serious harm to the body organs, but also have a terrible psychological impact, leaving drug users extremely self-inflicted or aggressive when addicted。
3. While both are directly harmful to the body organ, there is a clear difference between the methods of harm to the body organ. The first step in cigarette injuries starts with the lung, so that the lung of the vast majority of the old smokers is problematic, with lung cancer and pulmonary oedema, and then spreads over other body organs, such as bronchial tubes, cardiovascular systems and the liver, which are susceptible to disease。

When drugs enter the body, they directly affect the brain and the central nervous system, and the physiological activities of our bodies are controlled by these two components. When drugs destroy them, they directly affect our physical activity and mental state. Human brain damage from drugs is permanent and difficult to repair, especially with regard to the central nervous system, so that it is not possible for drug users to recover to their normal state and body after successful detoxification。

4. We know that second-hand smoke from smokers can contaminate indoor air while causing many health hazards, including increasing the incidence of cardiovascular disease, cancer and respiratory diseases among adults, increasing children's asthma levels, and causing childhood pneumonia, chinese ear inflammation and even behavioural problems. Especially for pregnant women and adolescents, which you did not expect. Scientific evidence indicates that smoking or inhalation of second-hand smoke during pregnancy leads to stillbirths, increased neonatal mortality, low birth weight of newborns, natural miscarriages, premature births, because the mother smokes during pregnancy, so that nicotine and carbon monoxide in smoke can pass through placenta to the foetus. This danger to the public is undoubtedly also enormous, and we will therefore also propose legislation to prohibit smoking in all indoor public spaces。

The harm caused by second-hand smoke to smokers is more terrible for the public. On 4 april, a 4-year-old girl in the streets of taipei was killed by a 33-year-old drug-abusing repeater and in an extremely cruel manner. It is typical of uncontrolled long-term drug use. Not to mention the poison that kills countless people as a result of drug abuse (which unfortunately has not yet been criminalized). The complete destruction of the human brain and the central nervous system by drugs has led to the loss of reason, the loss of control of the mental mood, the lack of ethics, the absence of a bottom line, and any bloody cruelty。

The harm caused by second-hand smoke from smokers in public places can be strictly ethically restrained, even explicitly prohibited by laws and regulations. However, the harm caused by drugs was entirely out of control, and anyone could be brutally attacked by an addict on the street for the sole purpose of buying drugs。
The distinction between the two is amply demonstrated that the harm caused by drugs and cigarettes also differs. Of course, no matter how big those differences may be, there is no doubt that they are the result of human destruction. Because of its long latency, the injury to the human body is a baht-intensive process, which gives the false impression that the harm is small. It is true, however, that it is compared to the harm caused by drugs and that it is only a massive bodily harm to itself or to the people around it. Drug abuse, on the other hand, is a very short-term and rapid process, usually a year of consumption, with dramatic changes in body and mental state。
Drugs can keep a healthy person in a few short years, with hundreds of ills; let a man who is kind to his eyes become full of desolation; let a person who enters into the sun get his family torn apart, his family torn apart and his family torn apart. The four steps in the lives of drug addicts following their entry into the poison pool are a fairly accurate summary of the wealth, the sale of household goods, the use of family and friends, and the theft of prostitutes。
After all this, do you think smoking is comparable to drug use? The drugs are not scary, and i would like to borrow the following sentence: “why do people do drugs because they feel like they're going to heaven? But when it's done, it's going to hell and it's going to hell with the whole family.”
