1. 2. Enrolment
This refers to pupils at the beginning of the first grade of primary school and lower secondary school, i. E. In the first grade of primary school and the seventh grade of lower secondary school. Of these, the first year of primary school must have reached the age of 6 (born before 31 august 2019)。
Students who have attained primary school enrolment are not allowed to re-enroll their first grade in any primary school; students who have achieved lower secondary school enrolment are excluded from re-enrollment in the seventh grade in any secondary school。

Main basis and determination of enrolment
The property of the actual place of residence of the children and adolescents of appropriate age and their legal guardian is the main basis for determining their place of application。
Real residence determination:
Children and adolescents of appropriate age and their legal guardians have a legal and permanent residence in the parish and live in it. The relevant documents or materials must be obtained before 1 july 2025, on the basis of a property certificate or other relevant documentation. Commercial, office, rental, industrial, garage, attic, etc. Are excluded。
If one of the following conditions is met, the designation may be made as property within the community:
Children and young persons of appropriate age and their legal guardians are identified on the basis of a property certificate (used for “residential” purposes) in the area of education and actually occupied。
2. Since children and adolescents of appropriate age and their legal guardians have no property in urban areas (providing proof that both parents do not have it), they may be determined on the basis of the property certificate of their grandparents and grandparents in the area with whom they have lived for a long period of time (three years for their three generations)。
3. Children and adolescents of appropriate age and their legal guardians who have acquired new property in the zan district are required to produce relevant material of legal effect, such as an official contract for the purchase of the property and an official invoice for their contributions, filed by the property office, and the relevant documents or materials are to be obtained before 1 july 2025。
4. Children and young persons of suitable age and their legal guardians who have no property outside the area of application (both parents are required to provide a certificate of ownership), who actually live within the area of application and whose housing is legally built by the unit in which the legal guardian is located, who build their own houses, who demolish housing, who relocates them, who cannot obtain a residence permit and who cannot obtain them, may enrol in the parish in accordance with the established procedures。
5. If the evicted person chooses to settle in the form of monetary compensation and has no property outside the parish, or if he or she chooses to settle without being delivered, his or her children may, for the duration of the transitional period of three years, choose to enrol in a public school with compulsory schooling outside the parish at his or her place of residence。

Children and young people of appropriate age and their parents (or their legal guardians) have no property in urban areas, but they are registered in urban areas of zhong county and live in urban areas for a substantial period of time (the children and adolescents of appropriate age are registered in urban areas at birth). After rigorous review by the prescribed procedures, public schools are co-organized by the county education offices。
2. Enrolment of children of accompanying persons
Children of migrant workers (residents outside zhaohong county) who apply to attend my county's public school shall have legal guardians who have legal and stable residence and legal stable occupation in our county and shall be registered with the following list of materials:
(1) family register and identity card of the legal guardian of the accompanying child。
(2) a valid residence permit issued by the public security department for the legal guardian of a moving child is required to reside continuously at the district's place of residence for three months (the period of residence is calculated until 30 june)。
(3) a certificate of the relative stability of the work of the legal guardian of the children of the accompanying person, a six-month certificate of employment contract with the employing employer or a valid business licence issued by the market supervision authority in zhong county for a continuous period of six months (the relevant certificate is calculated up to 30 june of that year)。

3. School attendance for children of preferential target groups
