The second academic seminar on “integration development of physical teaching in secondary schools” was held in the second class of the huadong division。
During this two-day “brain burn” dialogue, eminent scholars from the university of tsinghua and good high school physics teachers from all over the country worked together to study the teaching of physics in secondary schools and how to link higher and secondary education internally。

Colleges and primary and secondary schools have different problems

One is the question of money learner, to which higher education needs to answer: "why can't our schools always produce outstanding talent?"
Another question that basic education needs to answer is: why has the “depreciation” of many years not worked clearly, and the “inner volume” is getting stronger and many students are unhappy
The two issues are not unrelated, but are intertwined. The “chiancieng question”, which seems to be a problem with university education, is not out of touch with primary and secondary education; primary and secondary school drops, which are designed to enable students to develop in a comprehensive way, while adding “inlines” between students over time, do not reduce the burden on students or foster creativity。
In the view of the zhu bonphin, the development of outstanding talent and the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students are important matters for the development of the chinese nation in relations, and it is important and necessary to address these two interrelated issues。
Solving the internal volume problem: the key is to “go-live”
Although he is a qinghua professor, zhu bongfen is opposed to the promotion rate of first-class universities (especially qinghua, north china) as a command bar for secondary education, as well as to the practice of re-enrolling, educating and even pre-empting first-class universities in order to compete。
In his view, the current situation of qinghua, the “manifestly superior to others” in higher education was unreasonable and detrimental to the growth of all categories of human beings, and the ideal situation should be different schools with different characteristics。

According to zubonfin, the current state of expediency has led many “good seed” who would have wished to become outstanding talent to be lured by “noises” that lead to premature “death”. For example, there is potential for some students to like a subjects, but to choose higher b subjects instead of “waste” their own high scores, or more popular c subjects for better employment。
According to chu, this is not only an internal problem of education, “if we, as a whole, do not develop the concept of `360 lines, walking in and out', we cannot reduce it alone”
Even so, education can make a difference. For example, universities and secondary schools work together to focus more on literacy education, addressing first the issue of “personhood” and then “learning for school”; for example, changing the one-size-fits-all approach to teaching, changing the criteria for evaluation of one dollar, targeting the different strengths of each student, so that everyone can find the right path to growth。

“we now seem to have the same path of achievement, and for smart kids, it's to compete in some disciplines, and then, depending on the results of the competition, either lowers the score line or secures it, and then goes on to the university.” such a single path exacerbates the anxiety of society by aggregating scores and squeezing competitions, regardless of their suitability。
According to zubonven, human talent is indeed diverse: innovative talent, managerial talent, marketing talent, artistic talent, craftsman, etc.; innovative talent, original innovation, integrated innovation, introduction of digestive absorption, re-innovation, etc.; even original innovation, based on science, original innovation in technology, original innovation in process equipment, etc。
In the special invited report, chu bonfeng referred on three occasions to the term “walking dollars”. In his view, the key to reducing the volume and addressing the “prisons' plight” was to change the single evaluation criteria and to truly “go-live”。
How to develop outstanding talent: “one step back is going forward”
When it comes to the development of outstanding talent, one of the topics that cannot be avoided is: why can the old qinghua and the south-west assembly produce so many outstanding talent
There are many reasons behind this, including the institution of teaching schools, wise school leaders, the sense of national salvation and the spirit of the general assembly, among others, which are particularly worthy of drawing on the idea of motherhood and teaching。
In particular, he espouses the philosophy of the founders of the department of physics of the university of qinghua, well-known scientists and educators, mr. Ip zeng sun: “students are taught only basic knowledge, theory and experiment, and are not heavy nor heavy.” “students are required to have the ability to study automatically”. In particular, it has been repeatedly emphasized by chu bongven that “students are taught basic knowledge only”。
The “basics only” are beneficial for students in general, do not overburden them, and do not discourage self-confidence and motivation. “self-confidence tends to be more important in a person's growth than knowledge of a specific course.”
There is another, deeper and more important, meaning of “basic knowledge only”. My country has always attached great importance to teaching for good learning students, who are customarily “teach more, teach more, teach more and teach earlier”, but if mr. Zhang’s educational philosophy were to be followed, it would give students more room to learn, giving better students more time and energy to take the initiative “to learn more, learn more, learn earlier” and to study and create new knowledge. Ju bonphine said: “transforming `teaching' is the key to making good students move from passive acceptance to active learning in teaching.”

In conjunction with yang jinning's report card analysis at the south-west assembly, ju bonfeng said that the mandatory courses under the physics department of the general assembly at that time were indeed basic courses in physics. Uniquely, the courses taught by the “two-shot-one-star” scientists in undergraduate studies are also basic courses in physics。
Ju bonfeng analyses that teaching in the general assembly's physics department is also an important feature, and that many teachers tend to teach relatively simple content and use simpler teaching materials, but at the same time they also provide difficult reference books to encourage self-study by motivated and interested students。
In contrast, many students are now overfilled, with the result that even if they go to qinghua, they can only do questions, do not study, and therefore lack the momentum. In a sense, “basic knowledge only” seems to be retreating in today's rush to “run”, while moving forward, with the current in-house incentives, it may ease the burden on students。
Of course, dr. Ju bonphin said that there was still a long way to go before the root causes of over-infiltration and the development of outstanding talent could be addressed and that it would be necessary to form a pluralist vision of society, to overcome the immediate effects of probabilities and to foster “the spirit of independence, the idea of freedom” and to resolve many deep-rooted problems。
