Although edible bacteria are the key industries in the “one county and one business” forever, there are “three lows and twos” in development, such as low biotransformation rates, low yield per unit of edible bacteria, low resource utilization of waste slags, low volumes of refined processed products, and low brand names. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a scientific mission for the food industry in yongsheng county was established at the yunnan university of agriculture, with the support of the provincial science and technology department, in collaboration with the kunming bacillus institute of the national service for supply and marketing cooperation of china, the yunnan academy of agricultural sciences, and the yongsing county biotechnology extension centre. At the end of the waste slag utilization end, the mission focused on the resourceization of the waste slag, which could be used for new materials for soil improvement and surface pollution control through carbonization. The charification equipment has now been debugged with the installation of green food co. Ltd. At the same time, the mission has closely integrated technical assistance with the development of indigenous talent and has adhered to the concept of “human-fishing”. The mission also conducted first-line mentoring of 78 technical staff in the districts to address three of the challenges of optimizing the formulation of the bacterium pack, reuse of the waste bacterium dump and resourceization techniques, and to promote the deeper integration of “specialists + specialty industries”。
