On november 27th, in an effort to help women get through menopause, the gynaecology department of the district people's hospital in the plains held a menopause health seminar and a diagnostic session in the ward. The aim of the event was to raise women's scientific awareness of menopause and to attract the attention and participation of a large number of patients and their families。
In the course of the lecture, the gynaecologist zhu yanhong, under the title " self-identification and management of menopause " , went from the common symptoms of menopause to an in-depth analysis of the essence of "menopause" and provided detailed guidance on the self-diagnosis of menopause. At the end of the lectures, the team of gynaecologists offered free one-to-one consultation services to women in the field, giving personalized advice and counselling on the specific health status of each individual, thus effectively addressing the actual health problems。
This lecture and consultation is a practical initiative of the people's hospital of the plains to provide quality medical care and care for women's health. Knowledge dissemination and face-to-face counselling have not only been effective in eliminating menopause misperceptions and anxiety, but also in conveying the health concept of science management, increasing women's awareness of self-care and obtaining unanimous feedback from participants.
