In his keynote address at the forum, president hu xiaodong said that the chinese automobile industry had entered a critical turn, that the market had been driven by a policy-driven shift to consumption, that short-term marketing and price wars could not become long-term competitiveness for automobile brands, whose core value was user trust and service capacity。
According to hu xiaodong, the new energy age has created entirely new demands, three-power protection has become a high-frequency demand, users have higher demand for prices, service specifications and specialization, and there is an urgent need for transparent, standardized and cost-effective services. Against the backdrop of new energy vehicle holdings exceeding 30 million, post-market brand value of cars also depends on service standards, technical capabilities and ecological synergy, with the core base colour being “car safety”。
Hu xiaodong said that, as a post-smoking service provider, tru had been involved in the drafting of two national markers for the maintenance of new energy vehicles and power cell maintenance, and wished to promote industry standardization with standards. In 2025, the number of new energy-trading users on the motorbike support platform was 4. 27 million, an increase of about 60 per cent over the same period, representing more than 15 per cent of total transaction users, with penetration rates higher than industry-owned penetration; the number of hybrid owner-maintenance users increased by 40 per cent over the same period and the number of pure owner-maintenance users increased by 70 per cent over the same period。
In the area of tri-electric protection, the tigers have landed on 14 maintenance projects to jointly develop up-stream specialized tripartite components for new sources of energy; in cooperation with mainstream companies, more than 10 batteries and charging stakes, they have received support from official technology and spare parts from the original plant; they have introduced three-electric testing, maintenance, maintenance and extension integration services, which have resulted in battery-opening, single-module replacement and significantly reduced user costs。
At the talent and network level, more than 4,000 tread tiger technicians have completed training in new energy maintenance, more than 1,200 have been certified as low-voltage electricians and the service network has sunk to the county level. In the area of standardization and digitization, the tigers have established a eight-step “tread tiger” standardized service process to achieve full process traceability; self-study of digital door management systems to achieve full transparency in prices, progress and construction。
