This report is based on a successful training session on the subject of chili cultivation techniques, organized by the provincial institute of horticulture of the agricultural college of sciences of henan province (hereinafter referred to as the provincial agricultural college) and supported by the project “modern agricultural science and technology integrated demonstration districts”. The meeting was attended by a project specialist from the provincial agricultural college, hao yonghua, deputy director-general of the agricultural rural department of taichang county, biancheng, general manager of henan red high spicy food company limited, and more than 150 participants from chili growing cooperatives, processing enterprises and family farms from taichang county。
The training was conducted by the director of agricultural and rural directorate of taikang county and invited specialists from the henan institute of agricultural profession to provide technical training on the problems of pepper production, plant management and product processing. The meeting began with a presentation on the implementation of the project “modern agricultural science and technology integrated demonstration district” in taikang county and the results achieved, the implementation of which was fully recognized by the agricultural rural directorate of taikang county and its counterparts.
