Zhang yijun: since the implementation of this work last september, it has received great attention, support and active participation from all sectors of society, particularly in the area of publishing. This is done by first recommending 450 candidates by provincial directors and agencies, and then by being qualified, 430 were included in the assessment, which was then carefully screened through our system of indicators. On 28 june of this year, we publicized the results of the evaluation to industry and society, and identified a list of these 70 publishers. These 70 units cover book publishers, newspaper publishers and periodical publishers, including 5 book publishers, 20 book publishers, 5 newspaper publishers, 20 newspapers and periodical publishers。
This ratio, which we calculated should account for 16. 7 per cent of the total number of enterprises in the pipeline, is only 0. 56 per cent of all publishing units, and is indeed one thousand miles away, reflecting that our starting point is not high enough。

Instead of focusing on a particular area, the units we have selected cover a wide range of areas, focusing on their learning, demonstration and replicability. Because they are our traditional publishers, they can do it, and others can do it。

Zhang yijun: first of all, a major mapping and review of the entire industry, particularly in the area of digital publishing. Through such a dedicated initiative, there is a threshold for the current level of development, problems and future direction of the digital publishing industry。
Secondly, during this evaluation, we paid great attention to focusing on the promotion and dissemination of the highlights, features of these demonstration units. I think there has been some outreach and demonstration in this process。
Thirdly, i think that it is a shock for these units to do so and for such leadership models to be compared to other enterprises. It is recognized that this trend cannot be avoided and that it is better to rise up instead of waiting to die. That is also a particularly important goal for us in this endeavour. At present, this objective has been largely achieved during the selection process。
Fourthly, such an election has been a good way for us to move forward with policy formulation and refinement. It is possible to achieve better results by knowing where its problems lie and where its next direction is, so that when policy is directed, when national stakeholders support it, the objectives are clearer and the measures are more precise。
