In order to advance the development of the potato industry in our city's “northern shonan spectrum” and promote the green and efficient development of our city's potatoes, two technical courses on the efficient management of high-yielding green potatoes were organized recently by the lanzhou centre for the supervision of the crops in niung county and minjo town, yongdang county, with the participation of more than 200 participants in the potato production enterprises, the specialized potato cooperative and the growing households。

In recent years, the city of lanzhou has seized the opportunity of the national strategy for the grainization of potato mains, in line with the requirements of “standardization of the production of potatoes and regionalization of varieties”, actively supporting enterprises to strengthen the development of new varieties and the development of basic seedlings, leading companies and cooperatives to establish production bases for the production of potatoes in high-altitude areas and to develop a match between the production of potatoes. Currently, six potato-producing enterprises and more than 40 professional potato cooperatives have been established, producing 80 million micro-chips annually, expanding the range of good seeds over the years, producing more than 70,000 tons of good seeds, selling more than 5,000 tons of potatoes abroad and making the potato industry an important part of farmers ' income. The country's production of potato is at an industrialization and scale-up stage, laying the foundation for the further development of off-site markets。
With regard to cooperation between the north and the south, more than 20 cooperatives and enterprises, represented by gansu highland agricultural science and technology ltd. And yongdong county agricultural science and technology co. Ltd., have established cooperation with guangxi, fujian, zhejiang and chongqing. In a multi-year cooperation and continuous upgrading with hubei enshi county, it is planned to expand the seed base to more than 10,000 acres within three years, creating a positive trend for the potato “north and south” partnership。
