Duration of fire extinguishers

Review of fire extinguishers
Appearance check
Increments: examination of whether the fire extinguisher contains rust, deformation, disfigurement or cracks. Fire extinguishers shall be treated as scrap if the area of the fire extinguisher is more than one third rusted, equal to the total area of the cartridge, if there is a puddle on the surface, or if there is a visible disfigurement of the cartridge or serious mechanical damage。
Insurance sales and lead seals: check the sale of hand-held fire extinguishers and the integrity of the lead seals to ensure that they are not opened or damaged。
Nozzles and jet hoses: see if the nozzles are deformed, fractured, damaged, vent hoses are unbroken, deformed and damaged, and if there is a problem, replacement is required in time to ensure that the fire extinguisher is properly sprayed。
Metals such as presses, valves, etc.: checks whether the fire extinguishers, valves, etc. Have severe damage, deformation, rust, etc. Defects in use。
Rubber, plastics: to check whether the fire extinguisher's rubber, plastics are deformed, coloured, ageing or fractured, such as pressure valves, sealing pads, etc., should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid compromising the sealing and normal use of fire extinguishers。
Pressure check
Check if the outer surface of the fire extinguisher pressure table is deformed or damaged, if the pointer is in the green zone and if the pointer is in the red area, indicating that the fire extinguisher pressure is insufficient, it needs to be inflated or replaced in a timely manner; if the pointer is in the yellow area, indicating that the pressure is excessive and can be used normally, but the risk of explosion or explosion requires special attention and appropriate treatment。
Fire extinguishers and gas inspection
Quality and quantity of fire extinguishers: to check the adequacy of fire extinguishers, the absence of blocks, deterioration or contamination, such as dry powder extinguishers, check whether dry powder is humid and, if any, replace them in a timely manner; for carbon dioxide extinguishers, the gas cylinders are to be removed semi-annually, stating that the weight of the carbon dioxide in the cylinders, the leakage of the portable fire extinguisher's carbon dioxide cylinders is greater than 5 per cent or 7 g of the nominal weight, and if the pusher's carbon dioxide leakage is greater than 10 per cent。
Driver gas pressure: ensure that the driving gas pressure is normal to ensure that fire extinguishers are properly sprayed。
Spray performance test
Simulation spray tests are conducted to check whether the fire extinguisher's injection is smooth, the distance, the duration and the trajectory of the spraying are in accordance with the prescribed requirements, and if they are not, the causes are identified and repaired in a timely manner to ensure an effective fire suppression function at the time of the fire。
Other inspections
Operating bodies: check the flexibility of the operating agencies, the tightness of the seals and the rigidity of the fire extinguisher covers。
