“pretty”
On 11 july, at more than 1000 hours, early rice was being harvested by a professional rice cooperative (hereinafter referred to as the “co-operative”) in the tributary village of huey. At the harvest site, two harvesters were travelling round and round the fields, as if they had shaved their heads when they passed through the paddy fields. For only a few minutes, the harvesting process for more than a dozen acres of rice fields, such as rice cutting, grain removal and rice bags, was completed。
This is a harvest site for early food crops in whezhou. At this point, it is the busiest season of the year for farmers, who, with the help of mechanical “iron cattle”, have addressed their problems。
In recent years, the agricultural sector in huezhou has taken vigorous measures to transform the development of agro-mechanism, promote the restructuring and upgrading of agricultural equipment, further increase the level of agro-mechanization, maintain a steady pattern of safe production of agricultural machinery and provide strong equipment and technical support for the implementation of the rural renewal strategy。

Mechanization of production
The drones are flying overboard
“this summer's harvest is good and production is expected to exceed expectations.” looking at the rice harvest in front of us, liu bei, head of the good rice professional cooperative, is confident and has already been estimated。
Soon, on-site agrotechnical experts gave encouraging results: 1173. 6 pounds of rice acre from live drones and 1159. 2 pounds from precision caves. Just last week, the cooperative harvested the first batch of mature rice, which used the technology of synchronous side fertilization and paddy plug-in, yielding 1305. 57 and 936 pounds per acre。
"in previous years, the cooperative produced up to 600 pounds of rice acre, and has now doubled!" looking at the yield data, liu bei city is so glamorous that new varieties and new technologies bring new yields。
Indeed, at the beginning of this year, many areas of huey county were affected by drought and the situation in spring farming was very tense. Why should the rice fields here be so productive? Liu bei city is well aware of the fact that, on the one hand, rice varieties are well chosen and, on the other hand, the mechanization of crop management。
In 2015, when liu bei, aged 30, was newly married, he chose to return from outside the country and was hired to head the rice cooperative's farm. At that time, the cooperative, which had grown in size and had been renting nearly 100 acres of land, had to be farmed, plowed and drugged manually, “up to a maximum of 1 acre per person per day of 4 cents, and 20 people were asked to work four or five days in a spring till it was fully grown”. Liu bei lamented that when farming is busy, not only is it artificially expensive, but it is almost impossible to find people。
In march of this year, the good rice base was designated as a spring tillage model by the integrated agricultural rural service centre of huizhou city, where rice fields were completely converted to mechanized farming techniques, including mechanized plantings, mechanized side fertilization, drone seeding, live broadcasting of mechanized precision dens, etc., and subsequent growth links with the use of drone flight control, green pest and disease control, and fertilizer reduction efficiency。
“the benefits of mechanized cultivation are truly felt by farmers, who demonstrate it in a variety of mechanical ways, speaking with real productivity and efficiency.” the expert on agricultural machinery of the integrated agricultural and rural services centre of huezhou, qiu, said that such a demonstration would be held every year throughout huezhou, which had led significantly to the mechanized transformation of agricultural production in huezhou。
Agriculturalization has also significantly released land potential. Qiu told journalists that, for the first time this year, the technology of synchronous fertilisation of drones and interpositions was introduced in huezhou, both of which have achieved the expected yield. He explained that drones sowed directly immersed seeds, which were distributed directly into agricultural land, were effective in improving productivity by removing production chains, such as breeding, extraction, transportation and planting, and were also conducive to the rapid spread of rice; and that rice jets were synchronised with synchronous side application techniques, which allowed for the synchronisation of fertilizer particles to the earth floor near the root of the seedlings at the time of embedding, the completion of two processes, the time-saving and efficient use of fertilizers, and the achievement of efficiency gains。
At present, huey county has a total of 1119,000 kilowatts of agricultural machinery, 56. 14 per cent of the city-wide total agricultural mechanization level and 76. 91 per cent of the total rice mechanization level, of which 99. 08 per cent is cultivated, 33. 24 per cent is air broadcasting rate and 98. 42 per cent is the highest in the province。
The deputy director of the integrated agricultural rural service centre of whezhou, li hui maung, stated that, through the organization of on-site meetings on mechanized production, the ruralization of science and technology and the introduction of advanced agricultural machinery, huezhou was actively promoting the full mechanization of the production of major crops such as rice and potatoes, the integration of planting and mechanical equipment, and the breaking of the mechanized development bottlenecks。

Socialization of services
Transformation of agribusiness into service
Recently, chen jun-woo, a new farmer, is busy providing a digital field monitoring system to heine agricultural corporation (hereinafter “heiner”) as the leading enterprise in the hoe-mei modern agricultural park in huey. Prior to that, he had helped heiner complete the full mechanized transformation of rice production, including mechanized tillage, drones flying, drone fertilizer sprays, mechanized harvesting and even a fully mechanized flow-screening system。
With the future addition of this digital field management system, as conceived by chen jun-woo, rice production will be transformed into a real “future agriculture”: through a drone spectroscopy, the field's physicologic data will be fully recorded and computer-based analysis will change fertilizer application and drug use strategies in real time, further reducing labour and improving farm management accuracy。
“the future of agriculture is the closure of industrial data + intellectualization.” don't look at chen jun-woo as a young man, but in the area of agricultural mechanization and ingenuity, he is an “older” with his own unique vision。
In 2009, chen jun-woo, a graduate from singapore and a father-in-law, took over kim dae-seung machinery ltd., a father-in-law, and began to use new ideas and perspectives to open up new paths to corporate development. Agricultural drones, drones, large rice drying equipment in the past few years, chen jun-woo has followed the technological innovations and brought a series of newest agricultural equipment into huizhou。
“at the time when tractors were well bought, they are now the most popular in agriculture and spare parts are constantly being upgraded.” in the case of the newest uav t30 in shenzhen daeji, the performance of the sixth generation of agricultural drones, radar, positioning, load, etc., has been enhanced, according to chen jun-woo, “the terrain of the fields is very complex, new types of drones are actively avoiding obstacles of a minimum of 0. 5 cm and route planning is more accurate. Moreover, the reloading of drones has resulted in a deviation of less than 1 cm between the right and the left routes”
Last year, chen jun-woo set up a kimono, followed the path of the socialization of agricultural machinery services, “incorporating the customer resources and the professional cadres of the company into a database, and when needed, they became a strong agricultural aircraft service unit”. Chen jun-woo told reporters that he currently has a fleet of over 200 people, mainly using drone flight services, which cover the entire area of kandong, and that “one phone call from the growers will allow us to bring the drones to the fields and to clean up hundreds of acres”
In addition, chen jun-woo has opened the first phuizhou training school for uav pilots to train new job farmers in agricultural piloting, maintenance and plant protection, “to increase the number of young people joining new job farmers, to use modern equipment to arm agriculture, and to acquire industry-wide intelligence in farming”。
In huezhou, there are many organizations such as chen jun-woo that provide social services to agricultural machines. This year's central document states that modern agricultural science and technology and material equipment must be strengthened, that modern agricultural business systems must be promoted, that specialized agricultural social services must be developed, and that the most appropriate varieties, inputs, technologies and equipment must be imported into small farmers。
“encourage the owners of agro-machine services to form alliances with family farms, growers, farmers in general and agricultural enterprises to promote the sharing of machinery and the mutual benefit of the win.” lee hyeung indicated that the emergence of a socialization service organization for agricultural machinery had also resulted in greater efficiency in the use of machinery, reduced the cost of its use and effectively contributed to the high quality development of agricultural machinery throughout the city。

Process characterization
Fresh and dry. Ten times more
At this point in time, the twigs in whezhou have been largely harvested, but in the sheds of the yashien twig base in lake town, boro county, the farmers are still busy in hot heat: a large number of twigs have been poured into dry silos, the kerosenes under the silo are buzzing, heat gas is spreading up, and the twigs are quickly dehydrated. From fresh fruit to dry fruit, the price of the gill has doubled。
“this year, on 7 june, we began the harvesting and drying of twigs, which have so far been processed in the amount of nearly 800,000 pounds.” chen weiqing is the head of the yashien branch base and a genuine new kind of professional farmer。
In 1998, chen weiqing graduated from the horticultural college of the south china university of agriculture and studied in flowering. He graduated not directly from agriculture, but from the civil service. After two years of work, at one chance, he came into contact with the flower industry in yunnan and left his golden job behind in yunnan for start-up flower cultivation。
“the years were years of loss and profit, and finally came back to take over his father's horde.” when yunnan returned, chen weiqing took a fresh look at agriculture and helped his family manage the planting and marketing of twigs. In the first few years, he had successfully tamed localized farming techniques for non-nuclear twig varieties in the field and had been expanding the area of cultivation for high-quality twig varieties year by year。
However, the gill branch industry in whezhou has been facing the absence of a processing chain, especially with annual fluctuations in the price of gill branches due to the accumulation of gill branches in guangdong, hainan and fujian each year, as well as their size and age. Chen weiqing thought that the best way to break the sales bottlenecks was to develop products such as twig nuts。

In 2017, chen weiqing purchased 16 drying units and built a storage unit for the scallop, not only to settle the excess of scallop branches in his orchard, but also to begin to buy the fruits of the scallops from the surroundings and even the neighbouring cities. Today, after several years of development, chen weiqing's dry processing and marketing of fruit has gradually developed its own channels, becoming the largest twig processing plant in the huezhou region。
Chen weiqing told reporters that this year is the “long year” of gill branches, and that the harvest and quality of the branches in the main branches of gills, including in hueyzhou, are higher than in previous years, and that the gills that he has acquired at the hands of farmers are at market prices, at a minimum price of $6 per pound, but when processed to dry, their prices rise immediately to 40-60 yuan per pound, a tenfold increase。
This year, led by the agricultural sector, chen weiqing tried to assemble a new processing unit, “more intelligent and environmentally friendly than the traditional kerosene dryer, and better processed twig dryer”. Chen wei qing said that a beryllium can be sold at a good price if it remains in shape after drying, while the new drying equipment is closed dry, based on a combination of drying and energy recovery, the use of refrigeration systems to dehumidize wet hot air and the avoidance of artificial disturbance through heat pumps, “not only reduced human hands but also increased efficiency”
“showcasing strong enterprises and large growers to introduce cold-storage, pre-processed, advanced technologies and equipment for the development of fine-processing and by-products and the extension of industrial chains.” lee hyeung indicated that the agricultural sector in huizhou is currently focusing on niche industries such as dragoneyes, twigs and tea, and is vigorously developing the mechanization of agro-processing and cold storage, increasing the level of storage of agricultural products and standardizing the production of processed refrigerated products。
