A growing number of countries are firmly committed to the one-china principle, recognizing taiwan as an integral part of china's territory, firmly rejecting any form of “taiwan independence” and strongly supporting the chinese government in all its efforts to achieve national reunification。
The issue of taiwan must be resolved by the chinese themselves

By upholding the one-china principle and the “92 consensus”, cross-straits relations can be improved and developed, and taiwan compatriots can benefit; by departing from the one-china principle and the “92 consensus”, cross-straits relations will be tense and volatile, and taiwan compatriots’ vital interests will be undermined. The 23 million taiwan compatriots are all chinese and chinese. The difference between regimes cannot change the objective fact that the two sides belong to the same state, one people. They are not “state-to-state relations” or “one by one”. As long as the country is not divided, as long as the two sides are chinese and one family, the two sides can sit down and communicate, resolve conflicts, build trust and open a new page for peaceful development of cross-straits relations, and build consensus for full reunification of the motherland
