China's sales of organic products have exceeded rmb 120 billion, and this figure is backed by a significant increase in consumer confidence in organic products and consumer willingness. From a global perspective, the rapid growth of the organic food market is not an accident, but a confluence of health awareness and policy support. Supply and demand analysis: productive expansion and market potential
